But mostly control your stress, exercise regularly, change your diet that does most of the job without any supplements etc. But still consult a doctor if it becomes too much

Following pregnancy, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a health-centered approach.
I prioritized my diet, eating vitamin-packed foods, especially rich in Vitamin E and Protein.
I exercised daily and practiced yoga for stress management for 20 minutes everyday.
I avoided styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated styling tools to minimise hair damage.
I even started using LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil combined with a neem wood comb.
The result was hair fall control and the return of my hair.

For hair fall issues, one needs to be very particular about oiling hair. I regularly oil my hair and I am using Love Beauty and Planet onion and black seed oil range. I am using its shampoo and conditioner and trust me my hair fall issues have reduced.
It has sulphates so it is not good. Instead I use littleextra coconion shampoo as its toxicfree-certified and believe me, day by day my har texture is improving so much. I dint face any hair fall now.

Not good for hairs, when I was using mamaearth rice water shampoo nd conditioner, daily 50 to 60 hairs fell but when I started using Plum Olive & Macadamia Healthy Hydration Shampoo nd conditioner, 150 to 200 falls daily

I am using Loreal total repair, before that i used panteene. I have never used a paraban free, or suphate free , or medical grade shampoo. Always used a supermarket shampoo . I don't have any hairfall issues. I eat a lot of sprouted beans , chicken, fish, nuts and dairy products though. Your hair is a part of your body. If your body is healthy than it just reflects on you hair, skin , nails ... everywhere .
So what to do with sulphate and paraben free shampoo ?

Nothing just use reetha powder use it like shampoo massage it and wash it 3 times a week or in shampoo basis u can use any mama Earth shampoo
