We can handle all of these functions very well. But a discussion with us to understand the entire business flow would be help to apply a context to it all.
(Business)Accounts can be a vendor or customer. An account can be extended to either. There is always a business account when you create a customer. The Business Account screen requires CRM and has some CRM Friendly information in a single screen to view open cases, open opportunities, leads, marketing campaigns etc. When you begin to follow a workflow from CRM, it becomes clearer why this is necessary.
