    Don't u have more attachments for various areas of body i.e. neck, head, ankle, nuckle etc. Which attachment to use for neck pain?

    • @drtoddsullivan
      @drtoddsullivan  Год назад +1

      I use the smallest round head or flat attachment. I don’t recommend using an attachment that is more narrow because it will go too deep.

    • @drtoddsullivan

      It would just feel very comfortable. I tell patients to avoid any boney or sensitive structures.

    • @d.menace9256
      @d.menace9256 3 года назад

      Yeah it's not made for your bones it's made for your muscles if you have the soft foam ball tip it won't hurt that bad but I mean your bone is your bone is sensitive

    What I want to know is are these guns that he's using that freaking good, cuz I feel like they look just exactly the same as the ones you can get for like 50 60 bucks you know I just don't want to be spending out a bunch of money I mean I've already bought a second one and I'm thinking about buying a third one cuz I'm looking for a good friend but I'm like if I spend 150 on a playmaker and it does the same thing as one that I can get for like 50 bucks

    • @unrealisticgoals

      Try changing to a softer or dampened attachment.

    • @tommyharris5817
      @tommyharris5817 3 года назад +3

      @@unrealisticgoals You have tight fascia. A foam roller or a deep tissue massage from a professional will be better to release it. A massage gun does not relax the fascia, it tenses it. That's why it's used pre-workout.

    • @d.menace9256
      @d.menace9256 3 года назад

      No that's not normal unless that thing is that freaking powerful and you have it on the lowest setting

      Raul,
      I just got one massage gun that allows you to use it for up to 4.5 hours on one charge. Considering that you will not use a full hour on every patient, it’ll probably be a good one for you! I got the SHARPER IMAGE POWER PERCUSSION DEEP TISSUE MASSAGER. I bought it at Costco and it cost me about $90 with tax included. 😉💪🏽
