I think it is difficult to compare equally SHINee and BTS music style. SHINee's base is kontemporer R&B while BTS is hiphop. Even both the grup doing a lot of fusion genres, but since the base is different, it is lil hard.

If you want see BTS's hard-hitting dancing, I'd suggest watching the dance practice for Boy In Luv or Danger. Those are by far my two favorite BTS choreographies. All of their dance practice videos are great, but if you want hard-hitting choreo, definitely check out those two songs!

To get an appreciation for BTS' choreography I think the dance practices show the elaborate moves: Danger, Boy in Luv, Fire, No More Dream, No, and I Need You but the music videos like Not Today, DNA, Fake Love, Save Me, Boy Meets Evil, and Dope, also have great choreographed moments that make you want to replay them over and over. Their live performances of Blood, Sweat and Tears, Spring Day, Rainism, Best of Me, Go-Go, Serendipity, and Perfect Man are hypnotic and addictive.

I laughed out loud when she said that BTS wasn't as choreographed... she needs to see more BTS. BTS has no best. But show her some dance practices: Danger dance practice. Or Dope MV. Fire dance practice, etc.
If you want see BTS's hard-hitting dancing, I'd suggest watching the dance practice for Boy In Luv or Danger. Those are by far my two favorite BTS choreographies. All of their dance practice videos are great, but if you want hard-hitting choreo, definitely check out those two songs!

While BTS is my favourite I love a lot of different KPop groups. To get an appreciation for BTS' choreography I think the dance practices show the elaborate moves: Danger, Boy in Luv, Fire, No More Dream, No, and I Need You but the music videos like Not Today, DNA, Fake Love, Save Me, Boy Meets Evil, and Dope, also have great choreographed moments that make you want to replay them over and over. Their live performances of Blood, Sweat and Tears, Spring Day, Rainism, Best of Me, Go-Go, Serendipity, and Perfect Man are hypnotic and addictive.

Oh! Astro! Almost any dance practice video from Astro. They are super smooth and intricate. "Crazy, Sexy, Cool" is my favorite dance and song from them right now but "Again" is spectacular as well. So, Astro, definitely.
