Investing in GME and AMC hoping for a big profit is way different than your retirement being spread across multiple ETFs, of well established, and growing companies, and bonds.

Short selling is NOT investing. It's active trading and is actual gambling.
These guys have no clue what is actually happening now in the market. The trade settlement window on May 28th is reduced from T+2 to T+1. As we get closer to that day many of these shares have to cover and/or close. This is the reason Keith Gill AKA Roaring Kitty is back. Now is the time when all these overshorted stocks have to be reconciled. That's why this is happening. I encourage you all to do more homework on how our market systems work!

Well, having SEEN this before, I shorted on the second day's first halt (at about 62 bucks a share).
I am up a buttload and eagerly await the SECOND collapse of GME simply because it's NOW a horde of gathered hodl diamond hands sheep all milling about waiting for us wolves to arrive.
Fun FACT; Had I not been banned from Trader tv couple days before the first run up, my "Wolfpack" would have been blamed, dragged to the SEC, Congress.
I dodged a bullet because we WERE beginning to move stocks each day with our combined buying power, and we picked GME as our next target a few DAYS before the stock went.
Believe it or not.
The point is I know how to play this out.

Business fundaments are generally what investors look for long term investments but these short term trades are more related to events and or emotions of the traders!
