Naah but Jun's Reneta play or humanoid Lb clears that Tinowns play which was more of a team effort.
Doesn't have to be about an individual player alone, it even mentions teamwork in the intro to it.

from the plays i remember from playins the jun renata pulling in jkl was the best individual play imo

How does Noct-Ori combo work? I mean, can Ori ult during his travel time and only procs when Noct reaches his target? Or does she have to activate when he reaches the target, but won't that be out of her ball range?

There is a small (i think 0.5s) delay after you press Ori's ult where the animation plays and the pull actually happens, the hitbox for it is always based on the position of the ball which is on top of Nocturne, but the animation stays in 1 place which is why it looks a bit weird.
You press Ori ult during travel time so that the cast delay is over when Nocturne hits the target.
