The Devil in Me is the fourth game in the series and the Season One finale.
A group of documentary film makers receive a mysterious call inviting them to a modern-day replica of serial unaliver H.H. Holmes’ ‘Murk Castle’. It’s an opportunity that’s too good to pass up and could be just the thing they’re looking for to win some much-needed public interest.
The hotel is the perfect set for their new episode, but things aren’t quite as they seem. The crew discover they’re being watched and even manipulated, and suddenly there’s much more at stake than just their ratings!

The curator’s cut for saving Charlie has to be the hardest part when going for an all alive ending on your first try.
Love how they never understood the curators hint. Mr. Du met is the spider the house is his web and he knows all the traps where they are and how they operate this is what the curator meant. He’s motionless because he’s at a control center for his house waiting for the prey to get caught.

It’s still not a hint. It basically says the bad guy is somewhere far away pulling the strings. How the fuck does that help with anything? A hint is supposed to help them

@@CarlosThadeu hey chill, i made that comment 6 months ago. first time i watched it i thought RT needed to be held even throughout a cutscene. looking at that part again, i realize the cutscene was triggered bc it was let go

Besides the bugs that keep glitching the gameplay for Toonz and Delirious, I find the voice acting rather dry during critical moments. None of the characters sound scared or urgent at all during the moment it matters. A little immersion breaking imo but overall the game is interesting and runs as intended. Looking forward to the next part!
Really? I never got that at all. Jessica Buckley killed a lot of the scenes, especially the glass wall scene.
Maybe we've just had enough after 5 games or however many. Every game has the same style of writing and dialogue. It's like a marvel movie with all the quips

only thing that can be funnier is if we see the Curator's head twisted backwards next 🤣 Something I observed from the first video though (and with this one)... the old woman in the first one, we never see her move, just heard her voice. In this one, the real eye.. the body of one of the previous party in the freezer (for parts more than likely).... anyone else getting "Psycho" vibes here? (IE - a corpse or body made from parts) - perhaps a son or family member trying to bring her 'back to life' so to speak?
Kinda cool that it's based on H.H.Holmes and his murder hotel, woulda been even better if it was based in Chicago, I wonder if the secret chambers and stuff are the same too :0
The Numbers of 180 was actually 178 which means The Killer predicted The Grounds Keeper to die and killed The Grounds Keeper Grandma or Mother... it only changes when other people die or is in a game of life and death but either or someone will die... maybe he is trying to reach that streak that Double H had and break that streak... who knows really but I might be right about this... maybe?
Oh I thought it was because that supposed "Du Met" guy left with his daughter which makes it 2. So 178 + 2 equals 180.
Spoilers for endgame:
It's 180 because by that point, fake dumet and his daughter were killed, you see their corpses at the end when fighting the real dumet. In a ending where everyone dies and you as Mark does the same thing as fake dumet, as your last two alive characters try to live, you get pulled back to the shore and dumet shoots you both, that's how he killed the fake dumet and his child even though we see them sailing.

True when it says Cartoonz is playing *Erin* he was actually playing Charlie. I don't know if it's a misdirection on their part but judging by all the other visual mess, I think it's just them rushing their games.

Should of held the lever and give cartoonz a chance to open grate or force door. If he choose grate he would survive, door he would spend to long and die.
Remember all can survive so there is no 3 die or 1 die deal.

By definition the term “First Order” is “Relating to the simplest or most fundamental level of organization, experience, or analysis; primary or immediate.” So if we analyze it this is talking about H.H. Holmes or the killer but, judging on how things are going so far it’s about the killer and how he studied Holmes way of murder and everything else he even dressed like him. This person looks up Holmes and wants to become him, at the same time I believe that something or someone caused the killer’s state of mind/ how he thinks. In all honest I believe that the killer is mimicking the identity and eventually want to become and surpass H.H. Holmes.
I love when they play dark picture games also I wish he played until dawn again or enough for one of them to try getting the best

This is a serious step down from the last game. It was so much more polished and way better acted. This game is like 50/50 when it comes to this anthology

I said what it was in the video, if I held in they might have died, that’s why it had 3 flames on one side and one flame in the other.
@@DeliriousLetsPlay I think if you held it for longer Cartoonz would have had an additional choice to make. Charlie should have had a decision but to be fair I’m not sure what would have happened to your group.
If the lever would have been held long enough to let charlie get out, everyone would have lived....just saying

Yes you can save charlie. Delirious didn't hold the lever long enough, he was suppose to hold for long enough until Charlie can make a choice of opening the grate twice and hide, delirious just screwed up lol
