Oh, my goodness! I had to pause the video and write this comment the moment I seen Samantha Grace pick that nectarine and "place it" in the basket! She is so Precious! And Benjamin is such a sweet little boy and I love to see how he just wants to help with everything! You have such a beautiful family!
Everything Nicole said…
On Sunday's recap vid I asked Laura if she would let Samantha be in a video soon and BOOM BANG - here she just a couple days later 😄😄
I laughed out loud - she whipped it hahaha 🧡
Ditto to that!
family blessings
❤️ I got a kick out of Benjamin saying, "I've just been sitting here waiting to be buckled". So cute!
The kids are so excited, like an Easter Egg hunt. They're just adorable.
Your little ones are so cute, it's lovely you involve them in activities about plants, they would grow up loving plants too!
The Hartley looks beautiful. I love the real tree.
☕️Good morning to all. This is a wonderful way to start the day, watching you all enjoy picking fruit and enjoying a relaxed day. Benjamin and Samantha Grace are just adorable! And Benjamin, ever so helpful, is just precious. Thank you for taking us along today! 🧡🌻🍑
Love your last name! ♥️ & yes! Great way to start any day-so fun!
Russell really needs his own channel. 🐈 ❤
Omg!! Samantha Grace is getting so big!! And what an absolutely beautiful little lady! And Benjamin! Just handsome as can be & always the gentleman!
You guys have every right to be a proud momma and daddy!
Oh Laura, thank you!!! Just what I needed ...some *Samantha & Benjamin* to get my day started, both children *are absolutely adorable!* 😄
Love seeing your babies out helping pick fruite❤❤Benjamin is such a help, love your family
Oh my Benjamin is such a sweet boy, he definitely inherited his grandmother's kindness and cheerfulness ! ☺
Enjoyed watching the kids pick nectarines. So cute! Good to see a little of the other family members in the background at your parent's home.
I would love to see a family picking day ( sister, brother, parents, and all the kids). That would be fun! Especially if you end with everyone sitting at the dinner table to enjoy what you harvested.
God bless all that you do!
It was such fun to see the children, so cute! The trimming made a huge difference. 😊
Totally agree!
Laura & Aaron, I know this has been said many times, but thank you for providing wholesome content I can watch around my kids. My kids (10, 8) love watching with me. The 8 year old especially loves watching when your kids are involved!
Good Morning! 🍁🍂 Benjamin & Samantha are getting so big, love watching them help with the garden chores! Those nectarines look good! The boxwoods look so much better after their trim! 😃🍁🍂✂️🌿
Ah, so sweet to share little Samantha with us. She's a beauty and walking so well. What an adorable age! She looks so like her sweet Mom! Love Benjamin, what a little gentle-man!!
Such a precious family!!! Lol! Benjamin : “I’ve just been waiting here unbuckled!”
😂 Samantha was too funny, you have some wonderful children.
The first video I ever watched of Garden Answer was Laura shaping the boxwood balls along the gazebo when that still existed, after an online search for hedging advice.
Little did I know I would be inspired to rip out all the very shrubs I’d sort help about, and end up planting an explosion of flowers, bushes and trees because of what I was going to go on and learn from her and Aaron. I’d still be looking at an overgrown, unsightly and bland expanse of gardens if wasn’t for GA. My wallet may be lighter, but wow, my heart and soul are fuller 💚.
one of my favorite videos! The kids are just the cutest and learning healthy eating! Great job Mom and Dad!
Laura! Samantha Grace is adorable! Her leopard print loafers did not go unnoticed! Love it! Blessings from Ontario Canada :)
Morning, love the fruit and the kids in their wonderland. It's amazing the difference it makes when you trim the boxwood. You really don't notice a difference until some have been trimmed. The new grass pathways will look amazing in just another week or two. Everything always looks so much nicer as the weather cools. Thank you as always.
Benjamin insisting on being buckled and gently scolding you made me cackle and so did Samantha Grace absolutely cherry bombing that first nectarine into the basket. They're both adorable! 🥺
Also I love young boxwoods, they always looked like a giant set of molars growing up out of the ground to me as a kid. 14:55 - tell me you don't see it. Like a giant mythical creature nomming up the garden.
I totally see it now! lol
Oh wow, what an abundance of nectarines!! 😋😋😋
❤ I love to see the children help. The. You and Arron have such beautiful children.❤
Omg! Little SG picking the nectarines! 😍
Samantha throwing that Nectarine in the basket 3:10. made my day 😂😂😂😂😂. That was so innocent and funny. Not what Laura expected 😂
She gave it a good throw, made me laugh. That one might be a little bruised. Sign her up for softball.
You are dreamy with your sweet kids! What gorgeous childhood memories!
My kids (5 and soon to be 3) just love when your beautiful littles join! Enjoyed the orchard!
Funny story - with back to school we've been focusing on the first letter of words - we got to "L" the other day and my son said "L for Laura, like the lady who likes flowers and plants all the time!" ....even funnier is my name is Laura but he didn't refer "L" to me!!
Thank you for being a fun part of our day!
So adorable to see the kiddos so enthusiastic about picking fruit! Thank you for sharing the moment 💞 may I ask how hedge trimmers are sharpened? Do you do it yourself, or send them away to get sharpened? Thank you ❤
I was wondering the same thing about the hedge trimmers!
Hi Laura and Aaron! It was fun watching the kiddos helping to pick the nectarines. It's nice that you have enough to share with both sets of parents. I like the wooly look of the boxwood hedges, but they're pretty trimmed, too. Thank you so much for sharing!
Oh my! I read your video title as "pickling' nectarines and thought to myself, well that's something I never heard of before... then I see Benjamin and Samantha PICKing nectarines! For Pete's sake, I really need to wake up and have coffee ready before I tune in to your channel, eh? 😅
Thanks for your wonderful videos that I look forward to watching each morning. You're part of my daily routine!
(Good work on the boxwood hedges!)
Your garden is growing such lovely fall crops. You are so sweet sharing all the fruits of your labor. Your children are not only learning about the garden but lessons in generosity. Hugs from N.C..❤️
It was WONDERFUL to see Samantha. She is a little "Darling." Wow, what a beautiful family.
The hurled nectarine 🍑still has me laughing. Gardening, kids, family…loved it all
Ohhh Samantha Grace is SO pretty. What sweet and gorgeous children you both have.
Your life seems so idyllic. If wasn’t born with disabilities, your life would be my dream !
I love how you work together and have wonderful family support too.
If more families were this way, children would grow up feeling more secure and happy.
You’ve created a wonderful life. You should be incredibly proud of all you’ve achieved in every area of your life.
My children are all in their mid 20s now and I have grandchildren, which I take care of a lot. They are my world and I cherish every moment with them. It flies by so quickly that I often wonder how my 30s &40s ran away so fast 😅
I love my life and my little garden in the English countryside. But boy do I wish I had the health and fitness to do what you do 😊
I feel incredibly privileged to share your journey as a mum and a new gardening business…. I learn so much from you, your knowledge os a fountain. I love that you and Aaron also show us how to do the other jobs in the garden, like laying the watering system, I’ve been wondering for a few years how I could do that and if it would help me.
Laying foundations, patio areas. It’s all so helpful.
Thank you for sharing with us.
9:06 sneak peak of the stacked stone wall & Russell
Samantha stole the show ☺ So precious seeing your little family picking fruit from your own orchard no less! Such a blessing 😇
Your family is beautiful. There’s going to be “Samantha peas” everywhere. 😂
Those nectarines look so delicious! That was an amazing amount of fruit for such a new tree. Do you still have that small peach tree in a pot? I remember it produced well too. Samantha is adorable and looking at you wondering who the heck you’re talking to!
Oh my goodness your babies are sooo stinkin cuuute.. they are growing up sooo fast.. thank you for sharing your journey. Hi everyone….
Samantha Grace is such a pretty name. I have such bad memories of my grandma's boxwoods. They were always covered in spiders, so I've never wanted to plant them, but you make them look so good!
It's such a treat to watch Samantha Grace this morning. So much fun.
What a treat to see you all picking fruit together Thankyou for sharing your lovely family ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good evening Laura and family 👨👩👧👦
It's great to see your babies helping out, the nectarine Harvest🍊 yum those are so beautiful I can almost taste them LOL. Can't get over how much the kids have grown so adorable and that goes for Aaron LOL you have such a beautiful family and kittens. Thank you for always sharing your beautiful family 🌼🍊gardens, property. The boxwoods look great have a wonderful rest of the evening good night.
When Samantha Grace said the nectarine was “too sour” I almost fell out of my chair laughing. 😂😂😂 reminded me of my granddaughter saying food is “too picey” she is two also. 😂😂😂
The nectarines look awesome
Good morning, Laura☕️ So nice to see Benjamin & Samantha Grace 😍 I love how he loves to help his momma. I was hoping to get a sneak peek of the walkway but, you certainly know what you’re doing. Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈
Love seeing the kiddos out in the gardens. I would love it if you would do a tutorial on sharpening your hedge trimmers if you do it yourself. I have the same ones and was wondering if I could sharpen them. 😊
Such a lovely family. I just want to thank you (& Aaron) for being consistent on video posting. I look forward to your videos daily as well as your Sunday recap. You certainly deserve Saturday off. I know it's your business & you have help but even so, with 2 small kids I don't know how you get it all done. Im retired with a small garden & I barely have enough time. And then cooking dinner? Oh no no no. Maybe sometimes. You're amazing. And always beautiful. Bye from Sequim WA!!
❤the amount of cuteness in this video 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️. But wait! Did anyone else notice Samantha Grace’s “Laura” shoes???!!! So adorable!
What a beautiful nectarine tree! What beautiful children!
I have been waiting for the boxwood trim. It is so satisfyingly to watch!
Good morning, Laura, from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA 🇺🇸
I devoted part of my backyard as
Juicy Fruit Island. 2 Asian Pears and 1 Florida Prince Peach tree. 🍑 I planted in March so I won't get fruit for a couple years, but Hopeful 👍
Happy Gardening Everyone 👩🌾 👍 💓
9:17 The face on the tree is adorable I have a little toy lizard attached to one of mine but it wasn't my idea one of my nephews or nieces did it years ago🥰
Laura: See that little green haze?
My four year old watching: I like that little green haze!
😂 😂 She was so into the video. I think she was intrigued also by watching Benjamin and Samantha. Too cute!
So cute of your daughter!
This makes me so tempted to put a mini orchard in my back yard...
Ugh I’m hitting the grocery store when they open! I want some nectarines and peaches!!!
They definitely won’t taste the same as home grown!
God bless those beautiful children 💕
What a fun day! Time for everything plus relaxing and family time.💗
This video brings back sweet memories of our yearly family apple picking. Thank you and keep the tradition of yearly fruit picking.
Those babies are so adorable they are growing so fast Samantha's expression was magic so cute and sweet Benjamin is such s cutie. The boxwoods r great.
You had me with Samantha Grace. I’m planting plum and peach trees today.
What a lovely site, finally get to meet the little princess Miss Samantha Grace, who just looks like her mum.
As for the young gentleman Benjamin is another joy match, helping out as usual mumy in the garden.
The nectarine tree looked so healthy and yummy, and the whole garden looked tidy and colourful. Great job Laura and Aaron. 👍🌹
It would be so helpful to see a video about how you clean and sharpen your hedge trimmers! I have to do mine as well. There’s nothing quite as satisfying as seeing an overgrown hedge trimmed back into shape! Thanks for all you do!
I would love to see that too!
Another favorite video…Cutest kids ever. Sending hugs prayers and kindness 🍁🍂🌻
Loving ur family harvesting together and i want to see more videos together harvesting along with ur husband son and daughter 😍❤️
Beautiful Nectarines ❤ Your children are growing so quickly.xx
I could taste the nectarine through my laptop. I also saw a glimpse of the new walkway and the layered stone wall. Gorgeous. Thanks Laura, Aaron and children for sharing your life with all of us.
Your little baby girl is so strong 💪
Laura - would you consider doing a video on how to prune the ball boxwoods. Yours always look really nice. I think boxwood owners could benefit from your technique. Asking for a friend. 😎
Oh my Samantha has the same leopard spot sneakers like her mom wears, so adorable.
Samantha Grace’s shoes! Just like Mommy’s! So sweet!
The nectarine tree looks so perfect. Great harvest for your entire family.
Adorable kiddos picking fruit ☺️
Oh, I absolutely loved seeing Samantha Grace, that sweet babyGirl!
Hey Laura and Aaron! I’m inspired daily by your landscape/gardens. I had thought of an idea of planting some sort of boxwoods around my Bradford pears in a circle shape around the base of the trees in my front yard. What are your thoughts on this? Also if you think it’s a good idea, how far out from the base should I plant them? Again, thank you so much for all the consistent content and constant inspiration guys!👏🏼
Oh my gosh....I grew up with a nectarine tree......and y'all are so blessed with so much fruit!!
The kids are getting so big!!!
Your babies are so adorable!!! We had a dwarf peach tree that produced fruit, but never really reached their peak size, it ended up freezing out about 2 years ago, along with our desert willow tree and Weeping Cherry tree, we had to dig them up, trunks and all…ugh! We ended up putting a beautiful Crape Myrtle tree in place of the desert willow, we ended up making a perennial flower bed with a few different shrubs along the way in place of the dwarf peach tree and weeping cherry tree, as our yard isn’t very big. Our weeping cherry tree took up a lot of space in our yard, although I miss it, I love our perennial flower bed, it opened up our yard a lot more. If I could plant another fruit tree I would,, but my husband said he’d rather not, I know if I truly had my sights on one, he would give in lol. Your land is very beautiful!
Happy Friday, y’all! I love nectarines and yours were beautiful! Two distinct personalities in Benjamin and Samantha Grace, both adorable!🍑😊🌳
👋🌞Good morning and Happy Friday, Laura, Aaron, Samantha Grace and Benjamin!
Wow, such a nice crop of nectarines! THAT face that Samantha Grace made, after licking the nectarine; toooooo funny!😂🤣😂🤣😂 Gracious sakes, Benjamin, you are Super Hero strong! 🦸♂️💪 Good job carrying the fruit!
👋Hi John! 👋👋Hi niece and nephew! I am so happy to know that the 4 cousins got to play together! Best childhood memories being made, right there!🤗🤗🤗🤗
👋Russell/Cheddar!🐈 I didn't get to see your paws. But, I feel fairly certain, you are Cheddar, based on the white tail striping. Yep, I just saw your paws; you are Cheddar.
Tee hee hee, tree face.🤗 I adore that face! It ALWAYS puts a big grin on my face, when I spot it!
👋Hi Russell!🐈 I saw you hop up onto the gator.
Very nice video, today, Laura! It was a nice change to see you and your family doing relaxing and fun chores. Have a wonderful and relaxing weekend!
Have a Blessed and Beautiful day/night/weekend 🌞/🌜✨️⭐️🌟⭐️✨️ everyone! 🌐
Kimberley F in Avondale, Arizona USA 🇺🇸 (Zone 9b) 🌞🌵💞
Something satisfying about watching a good hedge trimming video. I'm not a fan of them in my own years but I certainly appreciate them in other yards. I looks great.
Kids are adorable! Peach looks too pretty to eat. Love the wood tray with the handle!
Nice grooming on the boxwoods! Looks great! Oh, I love Samantha Grace’s shoes! Just like mommy!
Using the dormant spray and the copper fungicide worked fabulous for us! We planted 4 fruit trees during the spring; a cherry, plum, Macintosh Apple, and a Granny Smith apple. We couldn’t believe we grew one 🍏 apple!!! Best apple we’ve ever eaten!! Thank you so much for the motivation, inspiration, and instructional information you provide. We would have never known about spraying our trees. We thank you!
Samantha Grace is so cute. Does she have strawberry blonde hair? It looks like a hint of red..too cute. Benjamin has always been eager to help you in the garden. He is truly a little gentleman. You trim those boxwoods so nice. I would have gaps for sure because I can't draw a straight line. I love watching your videos even though I don't really garden yet.
Good morning! Love the formality of the west side of the house with the brick walkway.
Oh my goodness, she has the same shoes as you!!!! I cannot get over the cute overload 😍
Would love to see a video on how you sharpen your hedge trimmers! I thought we’d just have to get a new blade
L.G.Anja 👩🏻🌾
You are so kind and giving to your parents! It's o refreshing to see a healthy family relationship. You can tell that you all just love being together.
I did not miss Samantha Grace's Vans in leopard print just like her Mama's! So cute!
Thanks for sharing your gorgeous babies. It makes my heart sing x
Thank you for the reminder to hedge my boxwoods! I currently only have globes but feel motivated to make some hedges in a newly developed garden space. 🌳
Wow, unbelievably perfect fruit for a two year old tree. Good job!
How delicious!!!!! Love nectarines and those children are too adorable so precious!!!! 🥰🙏
I can't believe Samantha will be 2 soon (right?)! She has grown so fast
Who else was so excited to see a sneak peak of the new walkways and stacked stone walls!!!?!!!!!!
I had an idea! Maybe at the end of the year, or anytime really, you could do a blooper reel of any little clips. You could save them and do a video at the end of the year.
Your kids make me smile!!
