Also depending on your personal intolerance, sourdough can be really helpful for digestion! James Beard award winning author of the book “Sourdough”, Sarah Owens actually got into sourdough in particular due to her numerous food intolerances, and she found it a great way to eat bread and not feel terrible :)

Plant dad receives an A+ Secondly, I’ve been really suffering lately and having manic fluctuation of moods and my depression has really been up and down, Blah blah blah, I don’t want to start crying it’ll get really bad. But basically I just wanted to say that the second that I see connor’s face and he calls us his chickpeas, all of that goes away and I just feel so happy and loved. Thank you Connor for making my quarantine a little bit more bearable, and quite literally saving my life.
5:10 actually, fun fact! the bubbles are created by a chemical reaction with the bacteria. You knead the bread to develop the gluten from the flour and make the texture more chewy and spongy :) ps. i loved the video you're really coming through with the calming content ♥️

Hey conner, you may find it easier to get the bread out of the bowl without residue if you wash and dry the bowl in between rests as well as lightly oiling the bowl with olive oil before putting the dough back in. You did a great job, especially it being only your second time! Also, next time try some finely chopped thyme and rosemary in the dough. it seriously makes the house smell like heaven on earth, plus it taste bomb!
