I have done inner work hours each day for a year, since DM left for another. I have shifted out of obsessive needy energy. I no longer chase. I have shifted to my own inner union. My life is good. I feel this.., I had to walk away from my twin flame earlier this month. I’ve surrendered.
You know something strange? The day he separated he said to me, “don’t put me first, put yourself first.” Like something compelled him to give me the answer. Like his higher self was shining through and speaking to me. So I took it, because I’m not accepting his breadcrumbs anymore.

I have been in this journey 7 years now. I’m 55 and finally feel free. I love my self and see my self, this is the real work about the journey. I can love him forever even if we are not together. Don’t stay where you are not seen. Because you will begin again … stay free. Being with the masculine it’s not important if you are not with in your self.❤
My twin flame and I have known one another since 2013 yet have only been in union since last year. Our astrological charts are fascinating specifically our same MC in Pisces in the 9th house just a few degrees apart, our exact IC in Virgo and our fated vertex point with Mars in Leo. I've been successfully holding space since early May as he survived a massive heart attack clearing generational trauma and cycles. We have each done so much work prior to union yet I see now how important the continued empowered journey to my own self through love is vital to our continued conjoined journey. Indeed I was told to detach energetically with love. It takes complete trust, faith and surrender. Now with this eclipse and the following months until the end of the year, huge shifts in healing will occur. Two hearts one soul, eternally ✨✨✨My rising, my personal ascension is vital to our continued connection. No matter what, I stand in my power. Yes it felt like abandonment yet I didn't act upon it. He gracefully held space for me for ten years and now it's my turn. This is guided by the higher dimensions and will eventually trickle into the 3D. Loving compassion is key to DM rediscovering his soul truth.

My DM & I separated 2 months ago and I chose to completely detach and surrender, something I had never been able to do with other relationships. But everything about this DM has been different from the 1st day we met.

It is definitely neediness on my part and I HATE it! I get so mad at myself for still being needy like that at my age. I feel slighted and humiliated. I get crazy obsessed with wondering what they are thinking and deciding about me. I get panicked that they don’t want me. It’s hell I hate it so sick of it 😢 I try so hard to not care

I do this too and when they know them triggers sometimes it's hard not to react but to wait then respond if necessary. Grounding ourselves in these times is so very important, when we don't is when we fall into reacting
That deep feeling of it being the worse treatment by a partner is the HARDEST PART… I can’t stand it either! My AlphaMan is vry stubborn Taurus ♉️ 6mth older than me. I’ve had to step back self-respect, no other man breadcrumbs me like this one. He’s in prison + from when I got back with him 5yrs ago. I let him have right-of-passage.
The mean cruel manipulative side of him is to much for me. Our hearts have an unbreakbale bond.
I’ve needed him so much when he wasn’t here, always absent in a crisis 😢 let go of my x-partner that been imaginary husband.

This resonates so much with me. After 43 years my twin and I reconnected. Now I’m waiting to see if he will continue with his inner work while I continue my spiritual evolution, without him, as he is in a karmic relationship. Either way I feel extremely peaceful and in touch with my heart and inner light 👍

My twin is a Pisces and my birthdays was on the 18th of September i see this has a confirmation. This is how i was in the past a year ago. I have changed now and am focusing on myself. He wasn't very nice either when I was more clingy, so I gave him space. Since i haven't seen him i have gave up my 20 year old cannabis addiction, have been celibate and finally started my social media career. He came back too breadcrumb me again so i gave him more space wasnt gonna neglet myself again. I am finding and healing myself for the reunion.

Algorithm showed me this video. What an epic message. Im going through exactly what you just said w my DM. I am holding my own space and giving him as much space as possible even when he asked me to slide back in. He needs to do his homework before he can come back to this space😂 if he doesn't let me be needy then he gets the same treatment😆
RUclips feeds have been coming up for me about avoidant and anxious attachment styles. Is it possible that many twin flames have these attachments but something has happened to make these two, who are scared of each other normally, have been, by the universe, or as simple as the lockdowns, magnetically attracted to each other. An expert in this area, Adam Lane Smith, says these two styles are due to different brain chemistry and so have different ways of expressing love and need communication to help with understanding each other better. The avoidant is thinking about the risk and fairness and the anxious is about the need to be together etc. He says that these two can 'fix' each other but it takes patience and communicating in each other's different language so that our messages are understood. To me, this made a lot of sense, and I felt so much less pain as the DM thinks of love differently to me and for me to not be hurt, because his brain chemistry is different, and he cannot help this. Just a thought. 🙂

I was wondering why i was feeling this way when we haven’t spoken in years. We separated in 2020. 2016 a lot happened in my life. I moved with my family closer to my Twin Flame (unconsciously). I decided after an intense vision regarding my Twin Flame that I could no longer meet him in the setting and the relationship we had with each other at the time. I knew in 2016 that my Twin Flame is my Twin Flame. 😇

If his behaviour is triggering/hurting you, it is showing you where you can love & accept yourself more. It's about learning to detach from things outside of us, including our TF and completely taking back our power. What he is doing/showing is only information about where you are giving away your power. I know this is challenging, but if you accept this mirror as feedback, letting go of your need for his love, validation or acceptance, you'll grow and feel stronger and you'll attract what you long for.
