you're very good at presenting the parts of tricky subjects for esl learners in a good order with good examples. When i used to teach in the past , we didnt have this rich source of internet. I myself used to get lost about where to start , how far to go, how to wrap up, etc... You have the big advantage of being a native speaker, but it's also difficult to teach someone's own language in such a good detail because many people don't know the grammar of their native language as they learn it naturally, by hearing/ being exposed to it, not by studying.

I actually love this grammatical structure, especially when it comes to writing. As a matter of fact, I often use it when doing writing essay practice. Also, I have seen this structure be used in many documentaries that I enjoy watching for relaxation right after dinner. Example sentence: I have to keep putting myself in the most uncomfortable situations If I am to build up more confidence to achieve a high score in the two English examinations that are looming on the horizon. (by the way, this strategy is working like a charm...)
