- I know men go through so many battles that we don't always have the space to share, express, or process. We fight off depression, anxiety, PTSD, loneliness, feelings of disconnect and uncertainty. I just want you to know, I'm here for you. I understand, and your story matters so, so much. I love you, man.

I think mental health needs to be approached in the Black community in a way that allows us to be loving and understanding of both ourselves and each other, both in our times of need and times of joy. We don’t have enough Black men opening up and speaking their truth; and I appreciate you for doing this video.
