Confused?? Two bollards installed for the two cars on the driveway but wasn't there a big gap in between them so thieves could drive the car between them??
@@driveguard1 that doesn’t answer his question, these 2 bollards are pointless if there is a big gap because you can go back and forward a few times and be out in a few minutes. Just because it is behind the care doesn’t mean the car is secure.
You are right about it and they know it - is simple logic. You need 4 - 5 more to keep the car safe. If you start the car you have to reverse twice and uou gone. 😅😂🤤
So just curious, what is the cost of fitting one of these by the company? Just looked on their site but no mention of price, even on their FAQ’s! Any help with this would be super! I need two fitted! Cheers
That’s strange. Listing the price is basic for listing services on website. You could be charging customers different prices depending on the what football team wins😅😅
The blocks aren't attached to anything underneath. Just sitting on the sand. If you screw into the blockwork it''ll look solid but you''ll be able to just either push it over or just pull it up with the blocks still attached to the bottom. You need to concrete something like this in or screw it into a concrete driveway
Anybody know how to remove one of these out of the ground, i need to clean dirt out from underneath mine as its preventing the flap from closing and im scared im gonna take my sump out on it soon... Thanks in advance
This is another flaw with these devices. They say fit 5 mil below ground level so water can drain through the body casing but that’s not good because dirt and debris can get inside and build up. It might be a better idea to fit them 5-20mm above ground to stop this from happening and have the mortar angled off the body so the water and dirt can run off onto the driveway instead of down into the body/soak away.
Can't really allow for the range of idiots that are out there in this crazy world. Problem would be easily remedied, remove the gum and flush through the lock.
What a load of Bollards. Joking aside, very neat job, kudos to the company 🍻
Nice job - good to see people who take pride in their work.
he did a really nice job on the installation, looks good
Thank you for your comments
This is surprisingly relaxing and informative!
Clean install, nice job. 👍

@@123ChrisG It might be just so no one else parks in that particular space.

What about the 20 foot gap in the middle 🤣
The car is tight in behind the post that you won't be able to maneuver the car off the drive with it up
@@jimmymorgan9808they just drag them around it easily enough.. mind you if they really want it they will just lift it
Think you need a couple more down the centre mate. You'd be able to Pull the car out still

I love using demo hammers with no hearing or eye protecting. Real professional
What's the point of the security post when it has a shitty lock on it??
Looking to have this done, how much can I expect to pay please?
400 if you live in London. You still wanted ?
When will these appear in the USA?
Excellent
It is possible to install with concrete anchors on this paved floor?

Also might i add i have found the 4mm grub screw inside of the service hole at the rear, just unsure what exactly it does

Looks easy but hard work 😓 👍🏽
A pro let it look very easy. I could screw it up at one or two points... thats for sure.
all good and well with your little CAT scanner but what about gas/water and fibre??
I've just ordered mine, curious as to how long it will take to install?
Have they installed it yet?
Hi where can i buy this from please

that mitsubishi isnt safe like that, just reverse it back a bit then right hand down and away you go ! surely?
Good shit boys!
Where are you based?
Pretty cool but I'd be worried about someone sticking a piece of gum over the keyhole.

what spacing between bollards is best for a wide drive?
1.2m general rule, or a width that wont tempt someone its wide enough to have a go at driving through !
