Is there any way to fix kerning issues? I'm not sure if it's Reedsy itself or if it's the Word document that has all the kernings. But either way, they don't show up until I export the file and it's driving me nuts.
Thank you for this video. I have endnotes in my manuscript and have copy/pasted the entire manuscript into the Reedsy Book Editor. When I go to the page "Notes" in the back matter, I cannot access the Notes. I cannot copy/paste the endnotes there. How can I add the endnotes? Thank you!
You need to add the endnotes directly in the body of the manuscript, where the little number should show up. Just click on the "+" icon and select "end note", then write the note. The "End notes" section in the back matter will be automatically populated by the end notes you add.
Nope, the tool only produces the interior PDF file. You should have the cover, back cover and spine designed by a professional and upload those files directly in the print-on-demand setup on IngramSpark, Blurb or KDP Print.
I'm struggling with this new version. It indents everything. I don't want indents when the scene changes. I want it to look how it does above when there a blank line between paragraphs-no indent. Anyone???
MoonPie.. It's an editing program, but until the Editing is ready it is necessary for you to first type it in say Word and then copy and paste. You can write in it, but much easier to do in Word.
@@Reedsy except I can't access ProWritingAid and all its reports in the program. I have to do it in word, then copy/paste and when I have 90 chapters, that's a pain in the patootie.
It made a mess of my chapters and won't let me change the chapter numbers so it is very messy. would appreciate help but it doesn't look like you reply to requests for assistance.

How do you adjust photos in Reedsy?! Any size photo I use, Reedsy blows it up. Even my signature. ? No instructions exist.

Not sure if you're still having that problem but if you hit return twice, the second line is not indented.

You can now actually write in it. It's a more distraction-free and much smoother process than Word.

my image is too big when importing into reedsy, how to i change the size. It is much bigger in reedsy than my document.
