      Hell yeah I've always wanted a 2500 Ram Mega Cab since they came out in the mid 2000s!

    I’ve always loved Ram Trucks, especially the way they sound. I test drove one recently and fell in love. I wouldn’t want the luxury interior so much, nor the mega cab option, but the bed length is perfect.

    I love my 2019 2500 Laramie longhorn mega cab so far...1 thing I didn't like was the spot where the arm rest is i would have preferred it would have been more up...its like putting your hand straight and can't rest it

    I don't think people realize the tire pressure is way to high for the truck being unloaded. That will give a very harsh ride! Rear should be arou d 20 to 25 psi lower than the front when unloaded.

    • @VortexVibe634
      @VortexVibe634 4 года назад +2

      TPM light will probably come up,if you lower tire pressure that much

    With that big cab less bed might as well buy a SUV

    • @SGavin
      @SGavin 4 года назад +2

      These are more versatile than any SUV, and can tow way more. For the money, heavy duty diesel 4x4 trucks surpass all other vehicles in functionality and features in their price range.

    Firmer seats? Go on a diet. Not trying to be a smart ass but I have owned 3 megacabs and the seats are firm enough. They keep their shape so well, even miles later.

    I am a Ram 2500 owner and this new Ram is a beautiful truck. For what we pay for these trucks though Ram needs to divorce the Firestone TransForce AT from this truck. The tires simply don't hold up. They are okay brand new but once they are a year old or so you can find yourself stuck on wet grass. For the overall cost of the truck and its extreme capability you shouldn't be hampered by an inferior tire. Uconnect is great, the simple and practical phone holders built into the console are one of the most useful features on a daily basis. The only thing I have always disliked is the lower payload in these trucks when you upgrade to the diesel. This truck should have 3K pounds plus of payload period, especially if you are towing 15,000 pounds. Pin weight on a trailer of that size plus cargo will dictate the bigger payload numbers.

    • @rontourage7384
      @rontourage7384 4 года назад

      Enjoy Life totally agree! The trans force tires suck! Every megacab I ever owned since 2007, all ate the front tires on the outsides. I did have the Cummins in each.

    • @dpa552__
      @dpa552__ 4 года назад

      Enjoy Life have to agree with you on that one. I switched out to some bfg KO2’s on my 2016 and they are so much better.

    • @MrStaybrown
      @MrStaybrown 4 года назад

      Exactly
      I replaced my tires the second week. Because they had zero traction. Unsafe if you ask me. I was just getting onto wet pavement.

    Well put together video great editing because you are new I believe I do think you did a fantastic job but I wanted to just give some advice not as if I would do nearly as good but I loved the video and want to see more and the channel grow my only complaint is you bounced around a little to much obviously tough considering it seemed unscripted and you were driving but that's it otherwise great job just try to give the juicy details and info and talk about one thing and go onto the next without going back again just my opinion!

    All I can say is ram was the first one to hit 1000 foot pounds of torque so jokes on everyone else but in all reality I have a 2008 Dodge ram 2500 mega cab with a 5.7 L hemi but it’s still can do some damage. Godbless y’all
    And the only way that you can get 1000 foot pounds of torque is if you get the high output Eisen version.

    Wrong,,the ride is what makes a truck..if I wanted a car like ride I would drive a car..But if you went back 20 years yes much better ride.ive owned 2000,2005 diesel pickups know have a 2018..Big difference in ride and performance
