Perfect! She is having a hard time with some things including how to deal with her love for me. I can feel it regularly and I can even trigger it! She won't let me go and I won't let her go. I really need help. I feel like I’m losing my mind and I have no one to talk to about it. My ex and I broke up a while ago but it wasn’t necessarily closure. I had been in no contact and it was broken due to my ex. We talked and my ex shared with me how much I was loved, they are in love, and how much I am missed. I was also asked if I could feel their energy because they could feel mines. All of it was true. The energy prior to us talking had been so strong but because I was trying to stay no contact, I didn’t reach out. A few days later, we then had “closure” and I guess we separated. But why do I still feel my ex energy so strong? I am having strong vivid dreams, it feels like telepathy and we read one another’s thoughts, I can feel their touch sometimes. I also feel like we are going to marry. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Is it me not letting go? I’ve never felt so strong about someone. Please If you could respond I’d appreciate it so much.
@@benergy100k2 We had an argument. I said something and it got blown out of proportion. It doesn’t mean I should have said it, because I shouldn’t have. Things went down hill from there. She no longer felt safe. We both struggle with trauma and triggers.
@Teegee1387 look into grounding techniques. Call your energy back to self. Make this part of your daily routine. As often as needed, when needed. What's happening is that your mind, your energy, is leaving your body and connecting to this other person. It can happen subconsciously which is why regularly calling your energy back is important. If this person is ment for you then you can have that relationship, but being disregulated and depleted by your own wandering energy is not good for you mentally or physically. Call your energy home. 🙏

If I am currently ending one relationship in beginning another relationship and I try to send out a message to the new one or the old one Will they both hear the same message. Will they both hear anger or love. How does that work .Can I direct my energy specifically to one person.
I have a big problem my soaul mate is 21 and i am a attractive 58- i mean seeing is beliving. im the first one that does not even think about age as also i know a 71 year old man in helsinki finland that is engagesd to his soul mate of 19. Her sister is payng for the wedding. My probelm is I stand out in the looks dept to attract more that fuys in thee 20s... looks money personality. This has absolutly nothihg to do with age. ok now we have been locking eyes for i would say 2 years. Last week it was so intense - she actually got a bit hard on me when she was taking my order, As thr strong confident man i am and having age as a advantage theat makes it more diifficult . . I just cant apporach her . she is at work and taking a rejection would obviously be out of fear. but i need to make this happen. I c her whe she is not working at places and we have so much in common irs scarry. Our BD is on the same day in NOV. Then I see her about 30 mies away in the nearest metropolitan city, Im thinking this is to god to be true. know she is thinking that also. This is a true soaul mate. she s thinking about me. Its felt when your clear of any thought and somthing she sais pops up to meet a realistic ovvurence. Agsin I dont care about age how ever it is funny i think. but i must admire that a young woman is better than a older woman. Old has too much experience, loose body parts drooping tits.. and so many male victums are stuck with them. Young has soft skin tight all over a smile and the prfect personality that motivates me and makes my day! as I have met man - I have not met one like her. in fact i did not meet her as she poped up one day locking ryrd with me. again we have a abundance in common its not funny and shes always thinking about me. she thought she sas a goast and tared at me for 2 minuts. The eyes are the windows to the soaul. I now know she deserves a man like me. I also would be happy with her. As a man ages they become more important to society and rends too be the center of attention. I am working with my doctor on my ED first before I even talk to her. sorry for typos I'm in the dark now with shaking hands and a few broken keys.
