I really needed this visual of my inner child versus my higher self. It is a breakthrough for me to realize that it is me responding from my inner child to the things that cause me anxiety as opposed to me choosing to respond from my higher self, adult perspective. I have a choice to respond from my higher self perspective. This is so healing. Thank you.
I am intuitively guided to these podcasts! Honestly. It’s incredible that your content is always soooooo helpful to what I need at the moment. This was so helpful and it’s just amazing how, because you’ve gone through this, you know what to say and have felt what we are all feeling. ❤️❤️❤️
It’s so true that your inner child complicates things and that the inner child is literally screaming things to you and the quiet higher self voice is reduced to a faint whisper in comparison.
I woke up at 3:36 am this morning with a panick attack. I found out this morning my kids granddad is in the hospital with covid. They don't think he will make it. Please pray for him my kids are so upset. Thanks for prayers. 🙏
Today is a bad day for me. I have a painful, ulcerated lump inside my cheek and I am of course consumed by the fear that it might be something more than an ulcer or infection. Everything is a threat. It's making me feel so ill thinking about it. Of course it's a Sunday when I can't do anything about it.
Hey man I know how you feel sometimes we all get that feeling of something terrible gonna to happen to us. What I usually do is try to remind ourselves that we more than likely are in a safe place. Who know that lump could just be just a little bump but it worrying about it not gonna make it go away. Go to the doctor tomorrow and get it check out
Hey guys, Im 18 y/o and struggling with a bad anxiety disorder, like really bad. I’m on my journey for the healing. But I have a question, I often have like 3/4 days in a row that I am so thirsty, and no matter how much I drink i just don’t get any less thirsty. Also when I have that, I feel really weak and exhausted. (I tested my blood etc it was all fine) I was wondering if anyone knows about this/experienced it aswell.
@@Pattim4762 thanks for your response. For example right now I have so much like a thirsty feeling and it just won’t go away for days. Like really really thirsty, sometimes waking up in the middle of the night because of that. You also feel that? And that you feel very weak and exhausted? I want to know some different expiriences from other people:)
@@amie7387 Thank you very much for the response. I was wondering if it was anxiety.. Do you also felt really exhausted when you had that? For me I just barely can get out of bed, and waking up sometimes because I’m so thirsty. And then I drink, and I feel the exact same thirst as before I took water..😅. Is that normal?
@@mick7338 I definitely have felt tired. But I'm four months pregnant so that might be why. Another thing I do is eat fruit with lots of juice, oranges, kiwi etc helps quench the thirst 😊 Anxiety can definitely cause a dry mouth. If all test were fine try not to be concerned ❤️

I've experienced that. I suck on ice or chew gum it helps relieve the constant thirst ❤️
