thinking about not just travelling or holidays but also for any type of emergency or natural disaster, it would be invaluable to have a camper van to go to for some basic needs, and to escape an area.
Does anyone know what the second had market for these is like? I intend to go to Japan next year to pick up one second hand for export back to UK. If anyone based in Japan does this kind of thing, please make contact.
Unlike VW's Vanagon or Eurovan, Hiace does not make a good camper platform due to very high floor resulting from front engine rear wheel drive configuration.
Make that shit an extra tall cab 4x4 hybrid and dominant the American market for best option for cargo van/ #vanlife please! I don’t want a stupid ford transit, or an expensive sprinter van or a fuel guzzling Nissan NV😞😭 #toyota
well i guess japan doesnt want to encourage people to actually LIVE in the vans. All camping sites/areas in japan have public toilets. But you could always add one of those small portable ones, and shower at gyms.

True-thats why I am getting one after selling my Prado -no need for SUVs which are pretty useless
If more people did this house prices would be reduced and rent would go down too.
