Amen! I won't name names but there are some youtubers that do gorgeous work but every 2 minutes they are mentioning their brand new products. Most of us don't have freebies sent to us to play with. Love Natasha's cards and seeing her use the same items again and again.
I have no foils at all and will not be in the market for hot plate foiling. You have given me an opportunity to rethink foils. Your technique is more affordable and your card is beautiful. 💕🇨🇦
You have motivated me to go through my stash and pull out stuff I bought years ago and try to get them on a card or out of my craft space. I will look at all the ways you have shown to use the foils, then move on to Spellbinder Shimmer Sheetz. I get more done watching your channel.
Coincidentally, I’ve just been looking thru all my foils I had collected! Now I’m inspired to finally use them too! Thanks for the ideas & inspiration! 👍🏻😊
Hi there Natasha I have reasontly subscribed to your channel....and boy oh boy I am loving it so much. I have been making cards for over 30 years but you have given me new insperation to be more adventeirous. I also love scrapbooking so have used some of your idears in my pages there too, I live in Merrivale in Kwa Zulu Natal South Africa. We dont have many craft shops left here now. since the riots last year a lot have closed down so I like your consept of use what you have. Thanks so much for these idears.
I have that floral lace die and I also have had the package of sticky foam sitting around, not sure what to do with it. That turned out beautiful Natasha. You definitely have a flair for beautiful, neat, clean cards. Tyfs. Hugz!
One weensy tip that's very fresh on my mind (& all over my fingers) - For dimension on (e.g.) LOVE, glue layers of cardstock together first ( let dry to see if sample puckers) then cut out. With a good quality die you can do 3ish layers at once. I have an individually layered delicate fairy with so many glue splotches that now I have to emboss to cover them. p.s. Natasha, I think I would love a full blooper reel. Your self deprecating giggle is too good.
What brand will work with those thick layers? My word dies are Sizzix and I can do only one layer of 60# cardstock. Anything heavier does not work for me. Thanks!
@@kberken Had to go look ... so far Creative Expressions, Paper Smooches, most of my Sizzix thinlits, Recollections but none of the Simon Says. I'm using 65#, or 80# (haven't tried anything thicker). Good Luck. p.s. just started using metal shims on both sides with even better results.
Wow. This came out awesome. Thanks for the tip to leave the die attached until you put it on the card. Love you tips and techniques. #NatashaIsAGenius!
This is such an amazing video. I have been watching and looking for ideas to make a 50th wedding anniversary card. I think I can use this idea. Thank you Natasha x
You're right - your card is stunning. Loved the video, thank you and thanks for telling us what NOT to do as well as what to do. Much appreciated. Thanks for sharing.
Just stumbled upon this tutorial. I don't have that foam but I'm wondering if it will work with double-sided tape on each side of fun foam. Might have to give it a try.
Wonderful video! I am excited to learn a new way to foil. I like the tips you provided to make the process go more smoothly. Thank you so much. This is the first of your videos I have seen and I already subscribed.
As always, i love the cards you make Natasha & wondered if anyone knows where I can get the striped background frame cutting die if it is still available, as the link didn’t work for me☺️
Natasha, In the product description you don't list the thin foam adhesive used to diecut and foil. Would any foam adhesive work? I absolutely love foiled Card's and have tons of foil and really need help with how to use it without heat. Thank you for your inspiration and your videos. I recently joined your Facebook Group!
What a beautiful card! Thanks for all the tips, but I think I had better start with something simple. I can just envision me getting it all tangled up!
I am so glad that I found you. It’s so refreshing to watch a video that teaches but doesn’t try to sell product. Thank you.
Yes, I love learning new ways to use what I may already have.

I will definitely try the way you did the foil. I have several roll of foil but didn't want the machine. Now I can use the rolls. Thank you so much.

Great card Natasha. Thank you.
Love it. I never thought to put the foil on double stick tape. So simple but never had the idea. You give us so many neat ideas.

Coincidentally, I’ve just been looking thru all my foils I had collected! Now I’m inspired to finally use them too! Thanks for the ideas & inspiration! 👍🏻😊
Thanks for sharing! I haven't used foil before so it was good to see a way to make something pretty with it, that I can do without a laminator!
Absolutely stunning,
Wow! Great work!

Thanks for sharing regards Paul from London
Thanks Paul, glad you enjoyed!
Lovely card as usual, could you stick the foam piece down to its final spot straight from the die, then remove the release paper and add the foil?
Agreed, that would be a good way to do it too!
Very pretty, love it:-)
Absolutely awesome! Which die cut machine are you using?
So very pretty thank you
