I just got broken up with today by my girlfriend, and I’ve always tinkered with the idea of meditation, maybe I should really give it a try. I’ve never been able to control my anger or my thoughts my entire life. I just happened to check my RUclips feed today, I really need to give this a go
@@layla2296 still didn’t do it. I think I remember trying that day, and coming to a different point of view about the mind, but then I just went back to my old ways. I am still no closer to solving my life long problem of never being able to deal with my emotions properly, right now as we speak, I’m using drugs to cope with my uncontrollable anger that comes from nowhere. It’s just depression in general though, nothing to do with the break up. Thanks for asking, not sure you care but it’s interesting when someone actually responds to comments they made a long time ago
@@Josh-zk7pf i'm sorry to hear that :(( I do care, and i hope you find a way to cope with your anger rather than drugs. I do understand though, drugs do relieve those feelings for a little bit, but in the long run it won't. I've never taken drugs, so i can't relate, but i do understand how you are feeling. I'm not sure what to tell you, but there is always someone there for you to talk to and someone will always care about you. I'm not great at giving advice, but maybe try and give meditation another shot. Try to stick with it, because for me, it has helped so much. I hope you feel happier soon
This is perfect timing. I was becoming more anxious about how things would be when the country begins to emerge from covid isolation. What is going to happen, will happen. I accept it.
Very nicely presented. I have been practicing Heartfulness Meditation for a while. This video has touched many parts and useful for any beginners. As the Meditation guide mentioned rightly, "start this with smile and open mind". Any one can easily become good practitioner by practicing little by little . Once one learns the technique say in 90 days , it returns infinite benefits. "Curiosity, Want to become better and Daily Time Commitment" are the drivers. People says in the beginning I do not have time. Interestingly if one practices Meditation regularly it gives more time than one can handle. This is my true experience.
Very cool. Love this meditation. It is so relaxing and laid back..... compared to others I have tried.. I will be looking into more of these videos on Khan!

Try meditate..... ended sleeping Wake up panic realize i had something to do but feeling fresh somehow, i think nap is my secret form of meditation... except they caught me unexpected
I have been adding this framework for a little over a month. I just add it on to my other meditation and morning routines and wowzers so much clarity and less anxiety throughout the day! it's becoming habit now :)
I disagree. You are your body. You are your thoughts. Do your work assignments and try to have decent relationships and try not to be a lump stilling your thoughts and being above it all.
I was in a panicked downward spiral of negative thoughts. Then I opened my email, saw this, and decided to give it a try. Now I am calm.
You be helping me learn and you be helping me relax. They really have done more for me then my family, teachers and loved ones

Found this annoying and unhelpful. Not a soothing voice. Too much talking. Recommend a peaceful background music / sound to go along with this.
Ok. the technique is good, but He must do it more concret and doesn´t talk much, more preciss and concret. Is my recommendation.
