    1. Healthy food
    2. No Smoking
    3. Sunlight and sunlight room
    4. Don't sit for long hours. Move
    5. No multi tasking. It affects grey matter in brain. It disturbs decession making.
    6. Don't use much ear phones.
    7. Drinking habit
    8. Sleep
    9. Brain activity like puzzle or sudoku

    1) Poor diet

      12 habits destroying your brain:
      1) Poor diet
      • Candy
      • Fast food
      • Packaged food
      These have zero nutrients.
      Your brain gets no fuel to function.
      They destroy your physical and mental health.
      Excess sugar also causes obesity and diabetes.
      It’s simple - eat real whole foods most of the time.
      2) Smoking
      No surprises here.
      Smoking reduces oxygen flow to the brain.
      It also has a strong correlation with:
      • Dementia
      • Alzheimer’s
      • Lung cancer - and these cells can manifest in the brain too
      Stop fucking smoking!
      If you’re addicted, get help.
      3) Not enough sunlight
      Overexposure to darkness kills brains cells.
      It can also lead to mood swings & depression.
      Your brain needs natural light every fucking day.
      Whenever you get a chance, go outside and get some sun.
      4) Being a couch potato
      Rest is important.
      But only when earned.
      Lethargy leads to diabetes & heart disease.
      They directly link to degenerative brain disease.
      • Join a gym
      • Go out everyday
      • Walk around the block
      • Get some sunlight and fresh air
      Move your fucking ass.
      5) Multitasking
      Unending to do list?
      Trying to do everything at once?
      Regular multitasking shrinks the grey matter in your brain.
      Grey matter is responsible for:
      • Empathy
      • Decision making
      • Emotional control
      Focus on one task at a time and you'll get more done.
      6) Exposure to loud noises
      Constant loud sounds can impair your cognitive function.
      They also increase the risk of Alzheimer’s.
      Here's how to protect yourself:
      • Don’t wear earbuds all day
      • Use earplugs in loud environments
      • Take breaks when using earphones
      7) Alcohol abuse
      A glass of wine is fine.
      But not three fucking bottles.
      Alcohol abuse leads to vitamin B1 and magnesium deficiency which causes:
      • Irritability
      • Confusion
      • Depression
      • Memory loss
      • Emotional instability
      Stop or limit alcohol. If you can’t, get help.
      8) Sleep deprivation
      Chronic lack of sleep leads to:
      • Memory loss
      • Alzheimer’s risk
      • Loss of brain cells
      Focus on quality sleep each night by limiting:
      • Alcohol
      • Screens before bed
      • Caffeine later in the day
      Aim to get 8 hours of high quality sleep every night.
      9) Not engaging your brain
      Your brain is a muscle.
      It dies if you don’t use it.
      Here's how to exercise your brain:
      • Read
      • Play sports
      • Solve puzzles
      • Do creative work
      • Engage in intellectual conversations
      Stimulate your brain to keep it healthy.
      10) Working when you’re sick
      Overworking your brain while it’s focused on healing you?
      This forces it to half-ass both jobs.
      Do yourself a favor.
      Give yourself time off when you need it.
      Rest, recover, and come back stronger than ever before.
      11) Not drinking enough water
      Proper hydration will:
      • Lubricate joints
      • Regulate body temperature
      • Improve the shock absorbers for your brain & spine
      Dehydration affects your attention span, memory, and thinking.
      Drink a gallon of water every day.
      12) Sleeping with your head covered
      It may feel comforting.
      But it’s slowly killing your brain cells.
      How? It reduces your oxygen supply.
      Stop sleeping with your head covered.
      Get up and adjust the temperature if you’re too cold.
