EDIT: I found a way to make this 10x easier! 1. Use PHD Augment for tactical sprint 2. Enable cancel reload on sprint 3. As soon as you run out of ammo, tactical sprint into the crowd. This will make it so you get all of the bonus ammo and it's way harder to accidentally reload. I for the life of me cant get this to work, 60% of the time it forces me to reload, all settings related to force reload have been disabled, any advice? To clarify further, whenever I switch back it'll keep trying to reload until it finished, not letting me shoot at all.
Interesting! I didn't think of using the sprint to cancel your reload, and it makes sense being easier that way since as soon as you see ammo go back into your WW, you just stop sprinting
Can you mke a vid or chart on how much salvage you need to get to which round for the "retirement plans?" Ex. Round 400 needs 250k salvage gain, 999 needs 650k
This would probably be too difficult to make/work out and it'd only help out a few people past Round 100. I think it would be much easier to just guess how much you'd need and if you're wrong, just start farming more salvage. You can always go back to the salvage gaining strat after spamming MJs
This works, you genuinely just need to spam the switch weapon button as soon as you finish the mag. Switching completely to my other gun and switching back does work on earlier rounds!
One tip for people having trouble, is to not switch back to the beamsmasher and after cancelling the reload animation so fast. As long as you cancel the reload animation and get the anmo back you dont need to instantly switch back.
@@sulky118lmao it’ll be patched in a week, game is too new to have any probability of them letting a glitch exist. they just patched a very similar glitch with the jet gun where you could blow it up repeatedly with L2
Has this been patched? Every time I try to cancel the reload, it says there is ammo in the gun, but then reloads anyway. I’ve tried swapping weapons, melee and armour plate but my gun continues to reload?
Not patched. I can confirm since I am using it rn it’s just too sketchy to pull off. Also make sure you are attemtping it with PaP 3 upgrade to increase your chances of killing zombies with the gun and try to swap your weapon 0.1 sec after the explosion and swap back again before OR after the animation ends.
Not sure if this is patched. But just a head up to anyone. It’s really difficult to do and get a hang of. I only managed it once and ended up dying on round 94 trying to get salvage. Try practice at low rounds. I’ve tried this and still not managed to get the hang of it. I’ll be giving it a miss now until something new comes out
The beamsmasher should've worked like that without this trick imo. Just looks way more fun than the laser beam. Hope it doesn't get patched, but with treyarch, you never know..
Honestly I watched the video like 15x now and I dont understand how it works. I'm not a native speaker so might be harder for me to get it tbh... can someone please explain what buttons to press in witch order at what time? It would help me out a ton
I feel like high rounds are far too easy in this game personally. We're literally spending the majority of our games in god mode due to scorestreaks. The fastest round 100 is probably LF
@ yeah I think I agree. I got to round 101 last night and I realized just how easy it was. I miss the days of being able to train to round 100 but now that seems impossible due to how fast the zombies are and how bad the wonder weapons are. Anyways thanks for the reply, love the content!
When you run out of ammo in the wonder weapon, it lets off an explosion. So this strategy just allows you to bypass having to empty another full mag to get to the next explosion and you can just keep spamming it

Specifically spamming the explosion like this is a new strat. Dkal done this a while ago but he was just using the beam and occasionally doing a doing a couple of explosions. Whilst this is basically explosion only

If you’re struggling with the timing, try removing the “classic formula” augment on speed cola. Made it way easier for me to cancel the reload

Also set your auto tac sprint delay to 0

Yeah legit the only way for me to use this is having sprint cancels reload on. The timing is very generous.
