Almost 9 years later and this song and the guitar solo really just indescribably beautiful music. This entire album has a time and place in my life, but it’s also timeless. I think this is my favorite song off of it.
Don't know about anybody else, but next to Terrible Things, this song from them hurts me the most. Between the beauty of the instruments and the hope given through the lyrics, I feel like the title shatters the whole song to pieces "...Are Stories That Haven't Ended Yet" because nothing lasts forever, like a relationship for example. I know how that feels and it tears me up inside having this false sense of hope still wanting what the lyrics say, but knowing the title is the real truth.
Gifted song to the ones who have been hurt by someone they truly loved and just simply have a hard time letting go. Keep that chin up anyone who is battling these kinds emotions.

3:55-4:34 My favorite part. I have to put this at the very end of every playlist I place this song in. So beautiful and it feels like an actual conclusion to every story. I love this song so much

The vibe is very much like of a wedding ceremony cause the chord pattern is the same with Pachelbel's Canon in D, a very common song for weddings. Think of it as if Mayday Parade made their own version of Canon. 2. Lyrics doesn't really say anything sad, I believe. 3. I interpret the title differently. To me, it feels like if you have a happy story, the story will never end. Or I'm just saying all these to validate and feel good that it is okay for me to use this song for my wedding this year. Haha!
Awesome! I got to see them for the Spring Fever Tour with ATL and YMAS and PTV and it was amaaaazing. I hope I also get to see them in the fall tour because MP is my favorite band (:

my interpretation is that there’re two people in this story. they’re close to each other, maybe lovers, maybe very close friends. they have had each other’s back in difficult times, have had fights and disagreements, but they’re still close to each other at the end of the day (“we all get stuck in funny ways sometimes… we’ll find a way to run away tonight”). now they’re facing life-threatening situations but the narrator is determined that they’ll find a way out as death can’t do them apart. well this is only my version of the story ;)
