The weight reduction isn't for the overall weight for the car.. The lighter the flywheel, the fastest the engine can bring up the RPMs .. Spooling faster and building hp faster
Speirs if you look at where it says (s758) when upgrading the number goes up depending on the upgrade if you do the highest number you’ll go a lot faster quicker try it and see if you get a different outcome
puts on medium difficulty and wonders why he cant control everything. :D speeeeiiiirs.... you need to change the assists, this aint no beamng or stuff... forza actually has some serious assists for newbs, like automatic shifting, traction control, launch control, AI difficulty (they wont go full throttle at lower difficulties). And then it has drag tire compound too... also drivetrain doesnt let you change away from RWD, it has all the things you need to upgrade to make the car accelerate faster.... gearbox and such. Its conversion that you have to do to get rid of RWD... and im well aware you dont want to do that so dont touch the CONVERSION-menu... drivetrain is all safe and pretty much required for faster shifting, unless you wanna go stock.
What you need to do is drop rear tire pressure and adjust your transmission gearing and your areo.... That's the trick for forza I've been drag racing on that for a long time and that's the only way to make times faster

The drive train upgrade isn't your awd conversion that's in conversion the drive train area contains the transmission clutch and driveshaft upgrades which will turn you car into an 8 second car spears if need be I made a drag setup for you if you want it
I don’t understand why people think the demon is goin to get out on the drag strip and run 9’s or even 10’s in most cases... do you have any idea what dodge had to go trough and how man attempts it took them to get 9’s??
The track temperature, time of day and weather have an affect on your times, manual transmission will also help. And you didn’t upgrade your transmission, which would increase your acceleration. Plus you get about one second to set your rpms before launch, so don’t just mash the gas.

The reason that it isn't in the 9's is because when drag racing irl they do a burnout and used the other key...the demon comes with 2 keys..the normal key for normal driving and the red key for drag racing..the red key lets you use full power allows line lock and puts the car into drag mode...like so SPEIRS can see
Well to be completely fair. Not all the cars in forza are true to there real life counter part. The ford focus rs for example has a twin turbo in real life but in the game it comes with a single turbo.

They need to incorporate the burnout box for drag racing to get grip. You need to lower the psi on the rear tires so they can wrinkle a and stick.
if I'm seeing this right, he doesn't have the slicks on, he has the all round tires on. PUT ON THE SLICKS
Manual Shifting. Drag compound. Tuning. And roll cage should add acceleration
Either have longer gears by tuning it or ride out the gears longer before shifting, btw love the vids keep up the good content.hope this helps
