    Why People Criticize More:
Fear of Change: People often resist change and new ideas because they are comfortable with the status quo. When you try something new, it can unsettle them, leading to criticism.
Insecurity: Some people project their own insecurities onto others. If they see you taking bold steps, it might make them feel inadequate about their own lack of initiative.
Jealousy: Seeing someone strive for a goal can evoke jealousy, especially if they feel they cannot achieve the same.
Here are the points on differentiating genuine helpers from detractors, including explanations for each:
    Constructive vs. Destructive Feedback:
Constructive Feedback: Genuine helpers provide feedback that is specific, actionable, and aimed at helping you improve. They focus on offering solutions and suggestions for growth.
Destructive Feedback: Detractors give vague, harsh, or overly critical comments without offering any practical advice or solutions. Their feedback often leaves you feeling discouraged rather than empowered.
    Intent and Tone:
Supportive Intent and Tone: Helpers communicate with a positive and supportive intent, focusing on the issue or task rather than attacking you personally. Their tone is encouraging and aimed at fostering improvement.
Negative Intent and Tone: Detractors often have a negative or mocking tone, making their criticism feel like a personal attack. Their intent may be to belittle or discourage you rather than help you grow.
    Availability and Effort:
Availability and Effort from Helpers: Genuine helpers make an effort to be available for discussions, offer their time, and help you brainstorm solutions. They actively participate in your progress and are there when you need support.
Lack of Effort from Detractors: Detractors tend to disappear when you ask for concrete help or support. They are quick to criticize but rarely put in the effort to assist you in finding solutions.
    Interest in Your Success:
Genuine Interest in Success: Helpers show a genuine interest in your success and follow up on your progress. They celebrate your achievements and provide encouragement along the way.
Lack of Interest from Detractors: Detractors often seem more interested in seeing you fail or struggle. They rarely show enthusiasm for your achievements and may downplay your successes.
Tinkesh Kaushik, a 30-year-old man from Goa, has become the world's first triple amputee to reach the Mount Everest Base Camp located 17,598 feet above sea level, a private disability rights body has claimed.
Mr Kaushik, who completed the challenging Everest Base Camp journey on May 11, said despite his physical disabilities, he managed to achieve the feat due to his mental strength.
The man lost his both limbs below knees and a hand following an electrocution accident in Haryana when he was 9 years old. The amputee, who uses prosthetic limbs, moved to Goa a few years back and has been working as a fitness coach.

Don't attend their calls and gatherings.
Before doing that, you need to create your own circle of well-wishers (either from family or friends).
