Hello guys, I had to change the title due to BWL release on Classic. This is a Private Server guide, the way you do the goblins on classic is just by running in and AOE'ing however you can. Having other range DPS pulling the orcs/elves/dragons really helps.
So something we've figured out that's worked when executed well is to have the mage pull with 1 or 2 hunters waiting to grab the big guys and take them out. You can't pull them back very far or they will aggro to anyone closer than the mage so the simple idea is to kite them in front of the raid instead of behind and have the hunters/tanks pull other stuff out. Put on your high stam/int gear and keep mana shield up with a priest bubble 'cause you might take a melee from something. Limited Invuln Pots are also a wipe saver for these packs.
Assuming packs beeing pulled by a hunter , what would be the way to handle them if you are the designated "tank - bomb" mage ? i have heard something about aggro them with some arcane explosions ? still not sure what the exact play would be here ;- (

found out that they are not 1 huge pack, there is 2 separate grps within them
Can you tell me the name of the nameplates addon you use? they show cast bars under the hp bars, right?
On classic I'm unable to get the goblins to move back. They stop and start throwing bombs into the raid.
Because in Classic, they do not have linked Threat. So with individual threat you must change your approach.

I tried this with my guild (im playing mage) and only 3 of them chased me, the rest went after the hunter, ended with disaster :(
