- In todays video we explore an abandoned mansion that was once owned by a very wealthy lawyer who passed away in his 70s. He was a fan or corvettes and even had his own custom one built and he loved antiques! Sadly everything he owned was left behind in the mansion.

I love how calm your voice is, i feel like a lot of explorers tend to be too loud and take away from the serenity places they explore, amazing videos keep it up :)
Many memories. Love the respect you show as you go through people's abandoned homes, regardless the condition they're in. Thank you. 🙏
I think its pathetic
@@zzddzzzz Well it's OK to differ in opinions.... many would agree with you.
@@marisagomez7292 I tried to comment on your video. I still want to. But I think its disgusting how millions want to be entertained by the abandoned videos rather than get off their arse to restore it.
@@zzddzzzz Exactly if they had any respect they would stay off of other peoples property. where i live it will get you shot and not a thing anyone can do about it . That being said That vette is such a waste.
This was particularly beautiful. People don't "adorn" their homes so much these days. I like accents, detailing, decoration, all that sort of stuff. Intricacy makes for an interesting environment. Thanks for the great explore!
Amazing place. That custom corvette was so cool. So sad that everything was left behind. Thank you for being so sincere and respectful of this late owners home. So sad. Such a unique place with lots of old antiques furniture and items. What an epic time capsule. Thanks for sharing BigBankz! Love your videos.🙏😊❤︎
I love ❤ when you tell us these beautiful things have been salvaged. No more heartbreaking destruction of someone's once loved possessions.
The Result of GREED/SELFISHNESS, Lack of RESPECT and LOVE.
Wow, just amazing to think a family lived here and now it looks like this.
It is a shame it got so badly ransacked. The woodwork is incredible throughout the house. I loved the kitchen. A spectacular home back in its day. Too bad it has been left to rot. I appreciate how respectful you are of the property. Thank you.
Big Bankz....you are amazing! Your videos are amazing!!! They are the only ones on RUclips that make me say "WOW" so many times throughout each video!!!!!
I struggle to understand why it's necessary to cause so much destruction.
What do you get out of it?
You are so respectful when doing these videos, wish there more people like you.
Why do people let beautiful places like this become abandoned? It's so sad that the children don't take care of it.
The music on the piano is Making Whoope by Eddie Walters, I googled and found the lyric:
When I see a fallen brother take a bride
Weddings make a lot of people sad
But if you're not the groom, they're not so bad
Fantastic video. This house had obviously seen so much life in it and it really misses the people who are gone.
I am loving your videos. I stumbled upon your RUclips channel yesterday evening. Once I woke up this morning I went on your channel and have been watching over 12+ hours now. I am addicted!!! Anything that has been abandoned, haunted or both fascinates and captivates me!! I have been in some real creepy abandoned buildings with a "B" Rated horror film production company. I started as an extra and worked my way up to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer too. I casted the talent, scouted for locations, sourced the music, managed the "B" role camera crew for cut away footage, along with being an editor, director, and producer. I love what you do and who knows, maybe in the future we will collaborate on a production. In the meantime, keep posting videos. It is great to see that you and your wife are taking on these adventures!
Thank you for blurring things 💕 always nice to see good urban exploring etiquette
Here from TikTok btw :)
Someone trashed the house.. not vandalized but someone searching for something? Architecturally interesting. Stone work in house was great..I believe it was a beautiful home at one time.. the garage is wide open! Anyone could walk in there., unreal…. Good explore
They didn't know what to look for because that vase in the beginning is very valuable
Ransacked ! For the Rasta Banana 🍌 but it was in plane sight in the middle of the room . Odd
It was thee Druggies ! They left all their pill 💊 bottles 🍼 behind .
Ever think of doing an abandoned vehicle vin search?? You could own that in less than 6 months
This is my kinda Friday.... I've been binge watching your channel all day...
Haha thank you so much!!
Would be great if nobody went through and destroyed items that could be resold.
Amazing craftsmanship inside the house. Loved the corvette find. Shame beautiful homes like these get left behind to rot.
I don't know how I missed this 10 months ago!! Cool house. You can tell it was really nice in it's time. My favorite besides all the carved doors was that very ornate chair in the antique room. Thanks for the link!!
BigBankz I just found your site a few weeks ago and I just love your videos. It just amazes me that people leave so much of their lives behind.
The more I watch your content the more I realise how little material possessions matter when push comes to shove. Life, living, breathing souls are what matter.
You are definitely right Suzy W.
👉 is just like chasing the wind!...
👉Life is once, if you live right, once is enough.
@@aklilugb6412 That's rigt, Solomon said that when he wrote proverbs, "Everything is vanity and a chasing after the wind." What matters are the things God gave and plans to preserve if we stay obedient. Ps 37:10 "Just a little while longer and the wicked will be no more. You will look at his place buy you will not find him. For the meek will possess the earth and they will live forever on it in an abundance of peace." Live the right way as he requires and you will have what matters now and forever. That's how you live once.
Ur exactly right.
@@suzywilson So glad Jesus is saving the earth. The fake money buys a lot of fake ppl.satans days are numbered.
@@scottrose8162 You are right, under the guidance of his Father he is taking instruction on what to do. Ps 83:18 "May people know that you, whos name is Jehovah, You alone are the most high over all the earth.". Jehovah is in charge 😎
If this was my family home, I'd live in it, preserve and restore it to it's former glory and pass it on to my kids and grandkids 😁👍
Makes me wonder why people, especially women, would leave the pictures behind. If you get evicted, you are usually aloud to take your personal possessions. We need history on this place!
What does gender have to do with it?
@@ChooseYourYTHandle Grow up!
@@MrDondon38306 no because what does gender have to do with it?
@@kenker92 people like you make me sick!
No one was evicted here, the house was owned. And you can absolutely be evicted without being able to get your stuff.. the locks get changed and all your stuff ends up on the side of the road. They’ll collect and auction off anything expensive to try to get some money back.
What happened here is much different.
And although some women are sentimental and want to bring all their pictures with them, some situations don’t allow for it.
I go by this place everyday on my way to work and until last year when people were there going through that house and taking stuff out I didn't realize it was abandoned. So very sad that the place was left in that condition.
Do you have anymore back story on it? Why was it abandoned for so long?
..
Where is this place located? City and state
It's a shame his family doesn't clean the place up and preserve his memories and that beautiful mansion.
its possible he died without a will and the family has been fighting in court for years over who gets what, while the small items get looted by thieves....
The best one yet. That house is beautiful!!
My favorite rooms are always the kitchen. I'm disappointed when explorers don't open fridges, freezers and cupboards. Love to see any antiques.
Never open the fridge or freezer if the power is off! Haha. Phew!
I hear a lot of u breathing heavily. Mouth breathing. Is that supposed to be spooky?
First rule of clean outs. NEVER OPEN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. Take them outside if possible to wash them out.
@@willybones3890 you have that right!
Wow, what an awesome exploration! The old Corvette is my favorite. God bless!! 😎
I never get how the owners can leave so many things behind. But especially family photos.
more than likely he was a criminal of sorts , probably embezzlement , he departed in a hurry , material items mean nothing when you are forced to leave damn quick
It's called ingrate spoiled kids, the lawyer must have raised some real winners.
that greenish machine in the beginning looks to be a old Ticker tape machine. Very kool explore
No, actually a machine to put lace on fabric.
One of my favorite houses. Thanks for sharing. 💜
I agree with your comment. What a beautiful house bigbanks
Very cool 80’s custom Vette, ala Corvette Summer.
Yes I thought the same thing
I love the story in the beginning alot of explorers don't do that thankyou
I love the story in the beginning. It makes the explore interesting.
Love that house and the car!! All the close could be given to some place to be used. That kitchen is to die for I have a little kitchen that was remodeled in the 70’s. Thanks for the video
You specifically said, as of today things have been salvaged. Apparently everyone else who watched the video doesn’t know what that means. And the wooden doors, love them!
Love those doors. They are all different too. Nice place . Ppl got the clothes but no spray paint
Garage is like a warehouse. Pretty sweet beams. Nice work.
Sad that the surviving family members left it all behind
Probally in probate
It’s so true when they say that “ you can’t take possession’s with you when you die” it makes me think of when it’s my turn to go that all the things i have spent so much money on will no doubt just go to waste too☹️ it certainly makes me think about my spending habits for sure! Thank you for sharing this. You are the best and my very favourite out of them all💯🥰♥️
It’s so sad how everything gets left behind. The photos and sentimental items. The car is crazy too! I never understand that!
Looks like the vette used in Corvette Summer movie.
I would have looked for some expiration dates on the food to see how long it’s been empty
ME TOO. I JUST WENT BY THE INSPECTION STICKER ON THE CAR.
Congratulations on the 100 k brother ur deff still underrated for the quality and cool shit u put out ull be in millions one day men 💯💯🤙
The house is amazing, I love all the details that went into the wood work, you just don't see that very much anymore, the kitchen is beautiful, again so sad to see something like that go to waste, thank you for all you do and stay safe
Thank you for the support!
Great video. The house looks like it might have been a barn at one point. The item in the first room was a film projector and the old piano looks like an antique spinet.
How sad for many reason's..to be left alone
That Greenwood Edition Vette is very interesting. There is a lot of nice antique furniture still in that house as well. It looks like someone has been rummaging the house for cash and collectibles, but walked right past the goldmine in furnishings.
typical stupid thieves, not knowing what true value is, the antique chair lamp and vase must be worth thousands if not more, and the morons were only looking for jewelry and cash......
Yeah, thought that looked like a Greenwood. Rare car. Not sure if they're really all that valuable...more of an oddity.
watching this makes me think of stealing stuff from there lol idk if that would be considered a bad thing but there’s so many cool antique stuff like the lamps and coats...
Really loved this explore. Amazing house
I love watching these videos they are so interesting and neet but also so sadd at the same time, it makes you wonder what really happened to the family
Thankyou Big banks For Another Superb Video......Love From England .XXX
Thank you!!!
Crazy that people let go such houses without do nothing... It's a shame... So many potentials that such a house have...
The vette reminds me of the one from the movie The Wraith. Very cool!
Impressed by the wonderful Corvette
I saw this location in a few other videos, cool explore.
@BigBankz You should do a quick records search about the property and add to beginning of video. Most states and counties have all online records search. Any of these type of videos I am left wondering: When was house built.. how long did they own it, when was it abandoned (you mentioned this) but most importantly what happened after abandoned... was it tied up in court, did a bank foreclose, did the estate/family just walk away and keep paying property taxes, etc....
Why? So people can go there and loot the place?
@@morecowbell235 well the house is posted for sale and completely empty now
Glass blown something made me laugh lol
Love the old photos.
💚
I loooovvvee that kitchen! Beautiful windows, love the wood details. So spacious ❤. So sad that the owner passed 🙏. That Corvette looks like a shark 🦈
Technically it’s a Stingray Corvette lol
Looks like a Greenwood
@@David-uu1oj I totally agree with you
Hate it when people come in and trash the place , can't they just leave it alone !! Nice fireplace and I like how the windows are framed out to off set the color blue !! Detail on the wood work is very cool ! The garage is bigger than my house and garage combined !! Nice vet, shame it's left behind and nobody took over the house and property !!
I'll never understood how family members can just leave all this stuff. I guess material or sentimental things don't mean much to them. Perhaps they just can't cope with it all. But why abandon a beautiful mansion?????
The wood work on the doors are beautiful
I wonder how many people lived in that house. Did they all go crazy 🤪
That was incredible. I my goodness. I’d love to go see places like you do. The floor was stone?? And the doors were so ornate. The rooms were AWSOME with the windowsills … ok. I’ll stop now. Hahaha
Yeah, buddy! That's a rare and cool customized wide bodied Vette. Bet a hot battery and fresh gas would bring that motor back to life. Would love to see it after a good detailing.
yes sir my friend that reel to reel machine is a editing machine worth alot to the right person/persons great channel.....RESPECT
Yay I’m the first one absolutely love your sir your the best ever thank you for sharing these wonderful videos with us
Thank you for your support!!
@@BigBankz your very welcome
@@BigBankz I’ll support you in anyway I can Sir your the best ever
I noticed you had a Boston Red Sox hat on. I'm from Boston and of course a Red Sox fan⚾️ Thank you for all your videos. It's sad how family don't care about houses you find abandoned. 😕
Have you ever considered doing a live video walk through and possibly answering some live questions on one of your videos ? Would be so cool !
I think I spotted a Rasta Banana 🍌 with dread locks !
Its sad to see such a beautiful house left to just waste away and that car is a shame I would love to track down the family and have them claim what is theirs I would Love to see a happy ending here.
Fantastic thanks
Holy cow man, that's a holy grail car😯
Would be a nice house if it wasn’t for all the trash and mess! Great explore! 🥰🥰🥰
Facts! Thank you!
The commentary is priceless
I am a fellow urbexer. I am in love with other members of the community that don’t vandalize or steal stuff. To simply explore and see the history of what transpires. How did you come across this place?
Another great explore.👍
Wow thank you for sharing.
That widebody C3 corvette needs saving! That's interesting though, a widebody C3 corvette, I think last serviced 1993. Not too long ago, looks like it needs a wash, and a good detail, other than that, very interesting!
I think thats a MAKO SHARK VETTE
Not to long ago. That vette hasn’t been stickered for almost 30 years
Looks like a Greenwood body kit.
Look at that back window, is a 67 stingray considered a C3 or were they not the final production of the C2 vettes? Definitely a greenwood kit as someone else mentioned
That Corvette hurts 💔 that’s my dream car!
Exactly where is thus and do you know what or if it can be purchased? Thanks in advance! Great job showcasing this forgotten mansion...
Wow that is crazy. Make you wonder what happened there to leave the antiques. I'm guessing they had so much money it didn't matter.
BEAUTIFUL
super cool and that vette is killer seen it in several vids now
Should have looked through every one of those books could have been a big wad stashed away! Cool vids, keep up the good work: )
Air hockey is a fun game . I haven't seen one in a long time
So sad that's they abandoned the place
This was really cool!!! I’m such a sucker for mansions just can’t find them as well!! But this was awesome the history was very interesting but sad it was still all left behind! Even through everything the corvette is what caught my eye lol reminds me of mine lol 😆 the craftsmanship was wow great video bro
Beautiful stuff,Ming vases, that Corvette, but. as first commenter said, you do start thinking that things are only that. You can't take them with you when you die, like the Egyptians .. I'd love to think I'll be driving a corvette in my *afterlife*. ❤️🦋
he's lost places and artifacts must be preserved. the owners have to let their history be told including every chair vase and picture we can't lose our history to a house falling down and destroying it😭
No I was there to do my will. About 20 years ago. My daughter also played softball with one of the girls who lived there. Everything has been removed from the house and it is now for sale!
Do you have any backstory on this house. I always heard there was a divorce that took place. Interesting how many much stuff that was left behind. Looks like the girls were teenagers in the early 2000s judging by the pictures. Do you by any chance know what happened
A lot of the items were sold. It looks so empty and Sad! But, I’m sure there will be a new owner soon!!!
Hi Sue. I’ve seen you’ve said actually been to the house years ago and are quite familiar with some of the stuff that happened here. I would like to know more if that’s cool
Amaizing house and amaizing car. It's a shame. But nobody knows what happened to the. Fam.members 🙁🙏🙏hope some they fix and enjoy the hard work off this men.
So nobody is right on the Corvette; it's called a Daytona kit. it's not a Greenwood kit. The Daytona kit was for C3, and Greenwood was for C4. A very good friend of mine had a shop in Georgia. He put both kits on Corvettes, the C3 kit price back in the 80's and 90s, bringing him a Vette plus 35,000 dollars, and your car would look brand new. He was the best at the conversation. His car were in many magazines of the 80's and 90's.
I hope when they tear this place down they keep all that fantastic woodwork.
So sad to see that someone ransacked the entire place. It's easy to see that that home was Immaculate at one time
I have never wanted to purchase one of these old homes until now! Imagine if you added to the existing superior craftsmanship in this home. I’d gladly move each piece of garbage and fix it with my own two hands. I’m in awe and so sad that this place is treated so poorly. Oh, I’m about to cry over an abandoned house 🥲
Someone else also did a exploration on the house. Can't remember who. But I recognized the Vette. That's one I would love to add to my collection...
Nice Video, the food left behind its for the next walking dead future, we never now :)
Love the pot pipe. Glass blown something you called it. 🤣🤣🤣
It wasn’t a pipe. Lol I made sure cause that was my first thought
