Got mine yesterday and put 150km on it already. My only criticism is that the trolley handle is really hard to get up with motorcycle gloves on. With the amount of suspension travel this thing has, combined with the wide top piece to sit on, it might be the first wheel that you can exclusively sit on. Ive done 20km straight just sitting nearly the whole way, almost as comfortable as a motorcycle.
@@Duf Interesting. Can you provide a source? The ET Max would require a much bigger change to accommodate the bigger batteries vs no change on the Commander GT
Good review. It was comprehensive and balanced. You covered everything from its design and build quality. You may have fell a bit short on its performance on ‘various’ terrains but you gave a concise breakdown of the specifications, motor power, battery life, and speed, therefore giving viewers a clear understanding of what the ET MAX offers. However, where the review fell short was in its visual presentation. You shot the video in a dimly lit room, which didn’t allow you to properly showcase the ET’s design details effectively. Some viewers may want more clarity. Anyway, It sounds like we will be seeing more reviews from you therefore you may want to consider investing in additional lighting equipment to enhance the overall production value. A spotlight or diffused lighting setup would not only illuminate whatever you’re reviewing but also contribute to a more professional aesthetic. Thanks for sharing your thoughts ;)
Great Video! I am enjoying my ET Max for mainly street riding. My biggest gripe on the wheel is where the handles are. Taking it out of a vehicle it is very easy to pinch your finger / hand with the suspension linkage when it drops. This should have been considered when placing the handles where they are at. Additionally the suspension isn’t bad once tuned, but it takes a lot of time to dial the suspension in compared to other wheels. I am not a fan of the noisy clunk that it has going off drops. There must be away to get rid of or fix this but haven’t figured it out yet. I’m comparing this to several of my veteran wheels. Patton, Sherman S, Lynx. The LK line up has an edge on better suspension and smoother than the Begode. Again thank you for the video.
Dude! A very thorough review but we were wondering if you deliberately never used the word "good" about anything of this machine or the others you mentioned? Best of luck!
interesting comparison - V13 and new ET - I did pull the trigger on an ET M, get it next week - see how it goes. That weight got me concerned - I wonder if all that outer frame, kickstand could be replaced with 3D printed parts, lower weight. probably lower durability, but be nice to get that weight closer to 100lbs even. I am a Gotway/Begode fan. I love their firmware and (generally) wheel feel. Master is my favorite wheel, though it did take some after-market upgrades to get it that way. I hope I like this wheel more than the Master!
What do you mean. The Lynx? I didn't buy it because it is waterproof. The Lynx is the top wheel in use on the last couple EUC races. I use it for fast urban street riding and trails.

Awesome dude, glad you are loving it!
Great review Duf... answered all of my questions
Thx buddy
Nice wrap-up. Are you confusing the 4400wh Commander GT Pro Plus wheel that's coming vs a 4400wh ET Max that I've never heard of???
I heard they are doing it with both wheels?
I think the Commander GT Pro you had is going to be making it my way, eventually.

Thanks for the feedback
Duf, I might have missed it, but what was the range for the V13 v. the ET MAX? Thx
In my testing low 50's for both

Hey Duf, I love the "sugar coating" on my Dunkin Donuts. Excellent, & exactly what I needed to know!
Perfect
14:41 my master v4 made a cameo.
LOL yes!
Great content Duf, tired, more time on Glady's island? Appreciate you, 6 pack Gord
I haven't been to Gladys island since July or June of 2022! Who knows?
Good video!
Glad you enjoyed it

I never used it? I'm too lazy to go back and check!

You will like the ET Max. Once moving the weight isn't as much of an issue.
The only reason people buy links is waterproof nothing else

That is..........false
