    Medu vada recipe.
    Ingredients:
    Urad dal - 1 cup soaked
    Coconut - 1 tsp
    Ginger - 1 tsp
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Green chilli - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Hing - pinch
    Rice flour- 2 tsp
    Fry - medium flame.

    -MAISUR BHAJIYA recipe:
    Ingredients:
    Curd - 1 cup
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Cooking soda - ½ tsp
    Flour - 2 cups
    Coconut - 2 tsp
    Green chilli - 1
    Ginger - ½ tsp
    Curry leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    》Rest 4 hrs《
    Fry - medium flame

    Ingredients:-

    Coconut - 1 cup
    Chana dal - 2 tsp (roasted)
    Salt
    Water - ½ cup

    》Tadka《
    Oil- 3 tsp
    Urad dal- ½ tsp
    Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
    Dry chilli- 3.
