I'm listening to this title now and OMG! Colin Morgan is the perfect narrator! I had always wanted to hear his American accent and I have not been disappointed. There are so many different characters and I think he manages to give each one their own voice. Just had a scene in Chapter 9 I think, where the character of Sam hacks a suicide booth and has it talking like a Redneck Hill-billy and it's such a believeable accent (I'm from Mississippi soooo). If you have Audible and are a fan of Mr. Morgans, I strongly recommend you give this title a listen. Even if you aren't a fan of his, his performance is stunning and worthy of a listen. The book is very dialogue driven and that can be cumbersome but the narratives .... the narratives are so worth it.

Lol I am actually listening to this now and there are so many scenes that make me laugh a lot. Sometimes, I forget I am listening to just one person. And sometimes I hear his voice for Dragoon. Haha.. It's a real adventure.

I hear Dragoon in the voice of Osmosis! I'm glad I'm not the only one that recognizes it.

This book. This narrator. Wow. To give you an example of how well Colin nails the narration of this book.. I considered The Beam to be the gold standard for narration of a scifi series. His work on this book? Yeah, easily right up there with The Beam. The kicker? Colin is the only narrator whereas the previous series employed a full cast. Yeah, I enjoyed book and narrator that much. Looking forward to the next two books. Keep up the great work Colin!

Listening to the series now, I'm on book 3!
Colin does a TREMENDOUSLY GOOD JOB! The voices are so good and spot on. You can hear the individual characters and there's feeling and spirit in all!
    Highly recommend!

I haven't even started the clip yet and already suffer from sensory overload. Is Colin actively trying to give me a heart attack? That hairdo... He is either too good in everything he does or I have lost every sense of judgment.

    [Plot in ITA]

Why does colin like to do narration? Honestly it doesn't seem that fun...

I literally didn't buy this book because the 5 minute preview they give you of this guys narration was fucking atrocious. Not quite as bad as Ray Porter, the talking nose, but still pretty bad.
