this is probably one of the best joker of all time up there with the dark knight, people criticizing this don't know about the incredible acting chops needed to portray the joker and phoenix is absolutely remarkable at it.
I only know of the Joker because I grew up in the 90s watching Batman etc, but I never really followed anything religiously and I am not into superhero stories. But I must say that Joker was and probably still is one of the best films from 2019. Watched it again last night to ensure I did not miss anything important ahead of the second film and I was still blown by everything. So many thought provoking moments.
Gaga is the perfect choice for Harley Quinn, she is such a dynamic actress and to make things even better we’re getting her 8th album next month after the movies premiere too 😭😭😭‼️‼️‼️

This movie is set two years after the events of the first movie.
you should check out Taxi driver and the king of comedy before this comes out. A lot of parallels from the first Joker.
