like you say mate its short and sharp up there - lovely though and has some stunning views. Ive not been a massive fan of nordisk but the tent looks solid. Good video as usual. TFS Steven catch up soon mate
I short and sharp. I like the tent and it has some cracking features which I haven’t seen on others. I mean you can tell why it’s only 1.6kg as it’s super thin throughout but it’s nice and strong with quality everywhere. Thanks for watching mate 😊
Great video mate. Been looking at this tent for a while. Would be interesting to do a comparison with something like the fjallraven abisko lite 2. Both tunnel tents around the same price range. I cant make my mind up which looks the best out the two. All the best.
Yeah it would be a great comparison of the 2 as they are so similar. The materials are similar too etc as my friend has one. I don’t know what the differences are but they are 2 great tents.
Great watch. I recently just got my first tunnel tent, I’m delighted to know what way to face it when windy, cheers for that 👍. Smashing idea with the table for the trekking pole. I’ve just started to follow on Instagram as well. Good luck on the next night out.
Yep it putting it in that direction to the wind helps keep it up by tunneling the air through the tent. Tunnel tents are fantastic as they offer so much space too. I have followed you back and thanks for watching 😊
Spot on Mark, the tent looks like a good one mate, that’s really light for a tunnel tent that size, and looks like quality materials with good guy out points 👍, what’s the internal headroom like? Looks like it packs down quite small too, great video Mark, atb Mick 👍
I couldn’t believe how light it was mick. Daft things like the inner gas storage nets and one is a storage bag so the inner stuffs into it. I sat up in it eating my food just on the floor and I’m. 6ft2 so it worked for me. Loads of space and a cracking tent. Thanks for watching mick and hopefully see you on a hill soon.
Nordisk make some quality tents, good materials and attention to detail. I've had the telemark in that same colour for years- still looks brand new. That drone shot nicely gave a sense of scale- we're all just tiny compared to the hills. Great video, nice one 👍
I know why you like yours now. I really liked this tent and the features. Nothing that you see on other tents which is what I like about it. Yeah it gives a good perspective on where your at as you actually never know what it truly looks like until your in the sky. Thanks for watching 😊
@@bernardscott1783 yeah it suitable for the strong winds. As long as the wind is facing at the front it holds up well. But if it really bad you would want a geodesic tent then for strength all round.
Cracking video. Really like the little time-lapse with the class rolling down off the Cheviot. 👍👍
Another great video mate. Gonna have one of those trekking poles tables.
Cheers Mark. Let me know your pole dimensions and I make you one for sure. Thanks for watching 😊

did your naturehike rucksack come with front bottle holders ? just looked at it on the website & does'nt look like its got them on.
Yeah it came like that. Mine is the naturehike rock bag. They are sewn in place and can’t be removed.
Would you use this in strong winds and bad weather in winter??

@@MarkOutdoors_ thanks again mark 🍺👍
