That piston has been replaced/superceded by 13101-Z8A-900 piston which will have Z8A on it. The connecting rod has also been updated. As well as the crankshaft & a whole lot of other parts

Thank you for this very informative video. Are the 3 rings comprising the oil ring set that go in the bottom groove of the piston all supposed to fit in that groove? I can get one ring and the spacer in that groove but the 3rd ring kind of rides outside of it. Is that normal?
I can answer my own question. The problem I had is that the new parts came out of their bags bone dry. Without oil in the land groove it is impossible to get the two rings and the spring installed correctly.
sir i want to know that is there any difference in connecting rod of honda gx120 and honda gcv 160 i check tat innerdia of both connecting rod is same please write as soon as posible as i am ging to replace gcv160 connecting rod in gx 120

Take a picture of rod in cylinder before you remove it, then you can’t be wrong 😊😊
How do you determine the front of the engine, is that considered the flywheel side??

I've never seen anyone insert the piston into cylinder without ring compression tool.
