After some testing, CGR's Ascension is a bit.. *interesting* to say the least. Being honest? I wouldn't recommend Ascending CGR unless you play him often (unless we're not talking about Rank 5!). There's a few reasons for this: 1. For comparisons like ROL, Ascension doesn't really change how fast CGR finishes a fight, or in what way he finishes said fight. In this example, regardless of Ascension, he was always killing opponents on his 2nd Special 2. So a 20%-ish extra attack increase isn't doing too much for a direct comparison. 2. Even for high end damage scenarios, like when using the 6× Aptitude Stacking Rotation against higher healthpools, the extra damage is just.. unnecessary. He's already doing 129k damage per Medium Attack. Does he really need it to hit 157k? Is there anything in the game that would realistically survive that, anyway? Anything that *wouldn't* cap the damage somehow? Sure, you can say "that's icing on the cake" but at this point, more than half the cake IS the icing. What Ascension on CGR actually DOES: 1. Allows him to kill more opponents in a single Sp2. This is especially useful for content like Battlegrounds. It will lessen the amount of hits you'll need to land after Sp2 (if the opponent actually manages to survive it). This could also mitigate Recoil damage. I've been absolutely nuking some defenders. It's awesome. 2. Gives CGR more "range." AKA it allows CGR to use his Sp2 cycles on bigger healthpools and get away with it, instead of resorting to the bigger, longer wind-up of the 6× Aptitude Stacking Rotation. Other than that..? Not too much. The damage increase is noticable. But the only significant stats that are even increased outside of Attack and HP are Incinerate DOT, Damnation DOT and Fury potency. So... unless you love this guy like I do, it's not a bad move to wait, imo! 🔥💀✨
It's nice that u actually break down what the accession does and aren't just like "yeah absolutely do this it's the best character to ascend." Even though u are really passionate about cgr u still understand that like yeah his dmg is already absolutely fucking nuts u really don't need to do this😂. The biggest issue I have with cgr is that I always have to dex something and it messes with his crit somehow. Would u be able to help me understand what the dex is doing?
Think this shows how much having good AI goes into speed runs like this. That Captain Marvel being so passive cost quite a few seconds. Compounded over the course of RoL, I feel like you get about 20/30 seconds of variance.
CGR is starting with a judgment because of the Odin aptitude prefight. Since any aptitude CGR gains will trigger the judgment of aptitude the one from odins prefight gives you the judgment as soon as the fight starts.
How is a 6 star champ 45 thousand rated wheather it is cgr or someone else? Even 7 stars only have the rating of 38 or 39 thousand after rank 3 max level ascended

ascended and non ascended both kinda same bcz you know but damage is higher than non ascended so yeah if you cgr user then go ahead like me 👍👍 ❤
I use cgr and dex counts as precision so uses a judgement. If you activate judgement with sp2 and therefore has better stats
