Only the trail shoe is new. Not sure why the "Revealed" title. Deviate 3 and Elite 3 were released early 2024 and Magmax 6 months ago... Just new colourways.
Why didn’t you ask the weight of the trail shoe? Is it a racer for ultras, or something shorter and faster like Dipsea. I can’t imagine using a shoe with that much stack at Dipsea.
@@adamfeerst2575 from my understanding, it’s meant as more of a fast trail shoe, not an ultra shoe. As for the weight , It was a long day and Puma was toward the end, I apologize for not getting the weight.
@ guess we’ll find out when we are able to test it. I will say I personally found the pulsar to be a bit too unstable for real trail racing. My favorite fast day and long distance trail shoes right now are the adidas terrex ultra and the SPEEDLAND spdx. The Adidas is just a great ride but the SPEEDLAND is a tank that is great for any distance any terrain.
@@RunningwithJames OK. I'm making a bit of a point. Trail running does not equal ultra running. However, the market seems to be leaning that way. Just like I might wear different shoes for a 5k, 1/2, full, road ultra, I'd want different trail shoes for Dipsea vs JFK vs Hardrock. Road shoes tend to be categorized into easy, daily trainer, speed, race, etc. Yet, trail shoes tend to exist in a single bucket. Alright. I'll hop off my soapbox now.
@@adamfeerst2575 I agree , different tools for different jobs, i also think that every body is made different and some people just like what they like . Some ultra folks don’t want a ton of stack and some shorter distance folks want 50mm. For me, I think it’s comes down to finding that perfect mix of energy return, comfort, and weight. When it comes to trail shoes the struggle is real… you have to also consider grip, drainage, durability, stability. Taking a road shoe and slapping lugs on the bottom does not a trail shoe make, which at first glance, is what Puma has done with this trail shoe.
Definitely need that trail shoes!
When will those colorways be available they look awesome.

please make your shoes' toebox wider.
@@metalsadman I was able to find the deviate nitro 3 in wide, felt it fit my foot some much better

@@botrytis_cinerea there are other items that are under embargo that we can’t show just yet.
Do you known if we will see a Velocity Nitro 4 and ForeverRun Nitro 2 in 2025 ?
Thanks.
I've seen videos with a FR 2, and it feels like the Velocity is an annual thing now, but perhaps it'll just be an upper change this time?

@@RunningwithJames Thanks for the response. However, I don't see a 36mm stack as a fast racer along the lines of Brooks AGIL or Salomon Pulsar, both
