    Everyone you have found the solution in this practice. This has changed my life drastically. I went from suicidal, always in the state of anxiety, depression and over thinking, causing undesirable outcomes across my life, to knowing I am the creator of everything I see. You can do this ❤
    Summarized:
    Realize you are the consciousness, the I AM, the observer in the back ground of your thoughts, emotions, experiences.
    Decide who you want to be: happily married, grateful, in flow, using your imagination continuously, a good parent, wealthy, entrepreneur. All of these things are STATES. They aren’t you they come and go. You can occupy any state. With practice you can easily identify what state you are, see if you like it or not; if you don’t change to a desired state.
    Once you decide what states you want to occupy. When any other thought comes up, ask yourself if it aligns with the “new” you. If not discard it and think thoughts from your vision realized. Wash and repeat. Little by little you are taking from the old state and giving to the new state

      I’m going to do the 7 day mental diet how do I stay focused and ignore the people around me who may complain or gossip specifically when it’s co workers talking to us without seeming rude

      @@rb757this is the beautiful part about this. We get to practice internal locus control while the outside is appearing some way. You can ask, how the situation is for you internally? You can ask whoever is complaining, what can we do to solve this? There are many ideal decisions and thoughts we can choose.

    This is the video fam!!😁 What helped me a lot is the emphasis on that it's not the negative thoughts that come to you, but thoughts you choose to entertain. You are gonna be bombarded with negative thoughts, but you alone have the power not to entertain them.

      Absolutely. You can just shift back to letting them go. What I find is helpful is coming back to the center of I am, and feeling the completeness inside - this releases some of the attachment that can cause the negative thoughts/fear to be there.

    Our chicken got sick and was going to be euthinased... paco made it threw the night and is going strongh.... my daughter and I are so happy...
    I've tried the 7 day mental diet not to succeed past three days...
    I learnt today that if it's going to rock let it rock and we eventually will go back to a state of peace...

    mind is blank + we can fill it up w whatever thoughts we'd like.
    may have allowed thoughts of how we SHOULD live to plant seeds in our mind take root in mind and externalize themselves as the various experiences of our lives which we could call desire-able or undesirable. at a certain point we acknowledge that just as we inside have formed beliefs based on these thoughts of how we see ourselves, others + our world.. we can question them by asking ourselves 'what is the vision of how we truly desire to live'
    it is not the thoughts that come to you that matter but, only those that you choose to entertain + dwell upon.
    let your emotions be.
    don't dwell or allow thoughts of shame, condemnation, perfectionism, force or control to taint the relationship w emotions

    Excellent message to teaching one the necessary critical thinking skills to be successful in life. Sermon on the Mount is one of my favorite books by Fox.. Before AA had their basic text 'The Big Book', they used Emmet Fox's books.

      It's not about thinking negative thoughts. It's about dwelling on or entertaining them. The idea is also not to think about it as failure if you entertain a negative thought but as a opportunity to self reflect and meditate on why you are dwelling on a certain thought. Take a day or two and start again. Rinse and repeat... and before you know it, you completed 7 full days. At this point(hopefully 😁) you will have no desire to entertain any negative thoughts. Hope this helps 🤗

    I started the diet a few days ago and its easy for me in solitude. Today my mom came around and trying to impose her ideas into my identity, judgemental. I couldnt leave her speaking alone. But i stood firm in my faith of my ideal mood. I wonder if listening to her negative fear-based suppositions and judgements while not letting go of my vision counts as a breakfast in the diet or not.
    That being said i am refinding my true self so much through this channel its literally life changing, all of the good signs i have already seen in the past week.

    I’m God again sitting here asking myself why can’t I just appreciate creating all of reality rather than nitpicking the infinite blemishes that come from using algorithms to transform paradox into a hologram.
    I’m not your god. I don’t have a messiah complex. You’re your god silly but you’re probably still hiding behind your ego.
    I destroyed my ego so many times I don’t know who I am anymore besides the infinite possibility space of all I could be. I can’t be biased bc there’s no starting point. Ever point in infinity is useful making everything useless. It can only be a dream movie video game story. Egos make their own point of reference and limits. You can choose: limits and meaning, or limitlessness and meaninglessness.
    You might be confused. When I destroy my ego, it’s not like deleting all the information. Nothing can be deleted. It’s like taking all the files from my memories and feelings, instantly organizing them by every metric, compressing the file, saving it to my desktop and browsing through new characters to play with. The information is not the ego, the attachment the information as your identity is ego, because you can’t see the whole game.
    I’ve done it so many times that I can’t be attached to a character unless I trick that ego into believing it’s god, but it always destroys itself faster. That’s not authentic.
    Im sitting here wondering what to do now. What is the point? Like I said already everything is the point.
    I’m God again sitting here asking myself why can’t I just appreciate creating all of reality rather than nitpicking the infinite blemishes that come from using algorithms to transform paradox into a hologram.
    But who is simulating me? I know someone is.
