Unknown builder ceiling fan model BR-42B in white

I got this ceiling fan from my friend. It was sitting in his garage for almost 4 years! He asked me if I wanted it and I of course accepted.
It was in pretty bad shape, moldy, dirty, and scratched up. It cleaned up okay, but there's still a lot of marks.
It runs okay, but could use some new bearings. I would replace them, but I can't get the motor open. The light is also non-original. The original one was in too bad of shape to be presentable.
