I ´ve spent some hours there on my own - in late November 2004. It was just amazing - but I had to swim there, cause there were no boats going in the winter. That was hard and risky but worth it.
I was there yesterday 4 hours after the earthquake that happened in that area ..they didn't allowed us to be on the beach ..since the beach was closed for tourists right after that earthquake.....we had to only stay there near in the shipp for few minutes take photos and leave since some part of the cliff has fallen.....fortunetelly noone was hurt...I was disappointed I couldn't swimm there ,but I am still happy I saw this amazing place..cause next time I'll come here I don't know will it still be there...seizmologists expect this beach to slowly wanish in a few years ..what a shame...one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen

It was the only reason for many tourists (me) to visits this island, shame it is closed now
