I Think guy is the strongest. He train his body. An kept pushing him self. An not only that his power is all him... not like Naruto that depends on beast tails an other sources of power. Same with madra. This is just my personal opinion
I agree that guy has incredible power and talent but, sasuke had natural power from the uchiha clan. Also, a lot of the main characters have just natural abilities that on top of their training to improve their strength.

not the strongest, not remotly close to such but one of the best written character in history for sure
Naruto one of the series where I think most of the secondary characters are more interesting and cool than the protagonist
