      @@AlexKS1992 ya but it’s justified there. Peacocks are beautiful and kinda badass when you think about what it’s beauty does for it exactly. And eagles? They are naturally badass. It’s the “cool kid” at school just being itself setting trends, but for birds. Turkeys are like the ones that think they are friends with it even though it doesn’t even know they exist really...

      @@sundalosketch4769 people who identify as vegan only make up 4% of the population. The number of non-animal abusers in the US is very low.
      I'll take that bet any day. And even if I'm wrong (I know that im not because this video is literally about the turkey slave trade and a vegan wouldn't comment on it with "gee I've never seen a baby turkey before!!), the point remains the same and only gets redirected.

      @@DiahRhiaJones Not every vegan is an extremest like you might be. And if someone was raised as a vegetarian or a vegan it is a very high chance they've most likely never seen a baby turkey either and would most likely comment the very same thing.
      I get where you're coming from, yes there are most meat places that should definitely change how they raise their livestock but that doesn't mean ya gotta be passive aggressive with anybody you like to assume isn't vegan or vegetarian.

      When me and my mom raised our dwarf chickens, our little roosters started singing and battling at two weeks
      Kind of like the little turkeys here with the high pitch goggles and dance
      These kinds of birds seem to just have it in them

    I had turkey chicks as a kid for 4H, I had no idea they could gobble when they were so tiny! They were awesome, I miss them 😭

    Wow, I've never seen turkeys gobble or show any signs of being male (puffing up their feathers and such) until much later in their lives. Truly interesting- And adorable!

      @Aidan O'Shields Are yours domestic or wild? That could make a difference although where I live we are surrounded by Turkey's, along with all other kinds of creatures and I have never personally seen them act like this at such a young age.

      @@vangogo6819 I raised domestic turkeys and they never behaved this way. So I am completely mystified why these baby turkeys are acting so precocious. It doesn’t make sense to me.

      Most of my male turkeys didn’t start strutting until they where grown but I had one that started at 3 weeks old. He was great but he died early. I would have liked to see what we would have been like as an adult

      That is either a turkey call or an adult turkey making the ow or meow sounds. The babies are reacting to it.

      Brianna Catherine it's an adult turkey call. It almost sounds like a mating call. I can't tell the difference. Sorry, it's just been awhile since I've gone to a forest with turkeys.

    Turkeys are so much fun to be with. The endemic species from where I'm from are friendly and respond to you when you mimic their calls. Though they kinda get jumpy around strangers, they flock around and make those gobbling noises.

    I just got my first turkey chicks, and they really are as adorable as they seem in this video. They run to me and demand to be cuddled! I don't regret getting them at all!

      No but they still do it. And what's worse is that they never bathe or clean themselves afterwards...actually most rarely ever bathe at all.
      Look I know you hate humans, but comparing the "cleanliness" of humans and animals who eat bugs off of each others hair or touch their own poo is kind of destroying your own point.

    Little feathery fluff balls! They are so cute. I had a Tom and 5 hens and he strutted all the time. We also had a rooster who was constantly fighting Tom. One day we found the rooster walking around with his eyes swelled shut because Tom had stomped him! We finally let Tom and his harem go free into the woods!

    I was surprised how young they started doing this the first time I got them. I assumed it would be similar to how long it takes roosters to start crowing, but they started gobbling after a couple weeks.

    I used to have baby turkeys and it is the absolute cutest when they start doing what I call "the big boi stance", where they pose just like adult turkeys
