Not sure if you see this but I love watching yours & Alfie’s videos. Your videos where you talk about your anxiety are some of my favorites because over the last couple of years my anxiety has gotten so bad that apparently it’s given me insomnia. That’s what the sleep doctors keep saying is causing it. Something I find that helps me is writing down my anxious thoughts in a journal. I’m struggling a lot lately but watching your videos always cheers me up. Thanks Megan Baker :)

I saw something on facebook that helped a little girl get better over night, slice a potato and put it into your socks over night, when you wake up you’re supposed to feel better! If you search online you will most likely find the post! Hope this helps💕🤣
