Project For Gaia - The Great Spirit (Wakan Tanka) Trance Dance to connect with the GREAT SPIRIT

- This 30 minutes Trance Dance was created to praise and connect with the GREAT SPIRIT! Please read the instruction and information below:
1. Connect with the rhythm during the first 8 minutes and let your soul fly
2. The next 5 minutes the music becomes calmer. Try to establish contact with the Great Spirit and connect with Him. Formulate a question or request.
3. The music becomes more ecstatic. Keep in touch with the Great Spirit and thank Him, praise Him, dance for Him. Maybe you will get answers or tips to your request.
4. After 21 minutes you can dance to the voices of the LAKOTA, a Native American tribe singing traditional phrases.
The main drum sound was recorded with our big Mother Drum and some smaller Shamanic Drums.
The melody of the flute was played with a Native American flute. It is tuned to 432 Hz, the frequency of Mother Earth!
The picture shows the holy sign of the Great Spirit.

This is so powerful! I've just done this sat in the Sunshine with my feet grounded on the Grass and the feel of a light breeze. This moves my Soul in a way that's new to me. I found my head moving in a strange wave like movement and side to side. I was aware I was doing it but couldn't stop it somehow. It felt so freely in movement whereas my neck is fairly stiff usually. I love this so much. I could feel the Energy of Mother Earth 🌎 ❤ Thank you !
