Holy hell this girl can't catch a break. She gets hate all over twitter for not posting more tutorials using her pallet that many of her fans purchased and then people on here saying all she ever posts about is her pallete. So if she didn't do this first, people would've been upset because her fans have been wanting her go to look with her palette. I'm sure now that things are back to normal for the most part with her, and this look that everyone wanted, is now done.. She can go back to other looks. But this is what everyone wanted. So I'd say she will start going back to other types of looks now that she's back. This is the first actual detailed tutorial I've seen in a LONG time. Tell me one big guru that has done a halo look or one of the things you've mentioned? You just don't see those videos like you use to, and luckily Jaclyn still does. But she's back now, we will probably see more from her! I'm just glad she still does detailed eye looks, because hardly no one does them now.

Jaclyn, I believe that constructive criticism should come from a positive perspective, and I just wanted to take the time to tell you what I love about your videos, because I feel that the majority of critics solely point your flaws out, but sometimes what makes us grow is when people point out what we're doing right, it makes us wanna do more of that(: I love when you talk makeup to us, I love the videos you make that transport me out of my stress and worry and drama surrounding, and how they bring me into your small yet helpful moment of a good old fashioned tutorial or monthly review. I think more than being such a talented and experienced makeup artist as I consider you to be, what I've always admired about you is that I know you posees an incredible strength and ability to let negativity do its own thing, but you've proved many times you're above it by not bothering to address it. I'm your age, and at times I've been put down by others, and I've looked to you to see how you handle it, I like when you talk to us as a friend, as someone relatable, and when you have something positive to say and give us a tutorial, it shows me you want me to feel beautiful like you do. Many makeup artists are selfish but you share your tips with us and inspired me to now be in the industry in the same field. I have this palette and have been dying to see you use the more fun different shades. This is like the 2nd or third time you've used it and it's been restocked 3 times already and all we've seen is brown/bronzy/red/warm Smokey eye looks. Can we please see some tutorials like a cut crease or halo eye with the blue or green or purple shades, anything. I'm not hating at all because I love you and spent my hard earned money on this palette, just saying what I would like to see.

Because if everything was right, the colab video would be on air. SO they must decide that together. I was waiting their collaboration for years. This kind of video is what I've been missing so bad! Not just from Jaclyn though. I feel like actual tutorials have disappeared and now make up videos are more like "here's a video of a new look that you'll have to pause every 2 seconds and rewind a million times to be able to duplicate it." In this video, Jaclyn actually explained some of the stuff she does and why she does it. It may seem like the most basic stuff but it's so important. I want to actually learn the techniques so I can experiment with crazy looks and colors on my own. So this was great! *thumbs up a million times*

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, because this is coming from a place of love for you and a place of nostalgia because you are one of the first youtubers I ever watched where my love of makeup began. But it upsets me that you have such an amazing life, a beautiful house, gorgeous clothes and makeup, and you cannot find any time to make videos for the people who helped and watched your story evolve into such a success. You barely upload anymore, and if that isn't what you want to do anymore that is your own decision but it's very upsetting to see that you do not post anymore. So I'd say she will start going back to other types of looks now that she's back. This is the first actual detailed tutorial I've seen in a LONG time. Tell me one big guru that has done a halo look or one of the things you've mentioned? You just don't see those videos like you use to, and luckily Jaclyn still does. But she's back now, we will probably see more from her! I'm just glad she still does detailed eye looks, because hardly no one does them now.

I believe that constructive criticism should come from a positive perspective, and I just wanted to take the time to tell you what I love about your videos, because I feel that the majority of critics solely point your flaws out, but sometimes what makes us grow is when people point out what we're doing right, it makes us wanna do more of that(: I love when you talk makeup to us, I love the videos you make that transport me out of my stress and worry and drama surrounding, and how they bring me into your small yet helpful moment of a good old fashioned tutorial or monthly review. I think more than being such a talented and experienced makeup artist as I consider you to be, what I've always admired about you is that I know you posees an incredible strength and ability to let negativity do its own thing, but you've proved many times you're above it by not bothering to address it. I'm your age, and at times I've been put down by others, and I've looked to you to see how you handle it, I like when you talk to us as a friend, as someone relatable, and when you have something positive to say and give us a tutorial, it shows me you want me to feel beautiful like you do. Many makeup artists are selfish but you share your tips with us and inspired me to now be in the industry in the same field. I have this palette and have been dying to see you use the more fun different shades. This is like the 2nd or third time you've used it and it's been restocked 3 times already and all we've seen is brown/bronzy/red/warm Smokey eye looks. Can we please see some tutorials like a cut crease or halo eye with the blue or green or purple shades, anything. I'm not hating at all because I love you and spent my hard earned money on this palette, just saying what I would like to see.
Thousands of people own this now so I feel like you should have at least 5-6 different videos out with different looks using this palette. No shade at all like I said, it's just this is the first palette I've ever owned that wasn't from my local drugstore and I wanna see you use it.

I agree with all opinions about making more than a couple videos. I used to watch you every time and a learn a lot from you. But you should do more videos, more first impressions, more drugstore makeup, more reviews. You can not just go once in a while when it is convenient for you. I know the times are changing, there is a lot of drama and hate, but most of us don't care about that. We are here because we love MAKEUP. And I rarely post a comments, but you are the first youtuber I subscribe to, and I like you a lot, even there is so drama about you, I don't mind that, that is result of your popularity. This kind of video is what I've been missing so bad! Not just from Jaclyn though. I feel like actual tutorials have disappeared and now make up videos are more like "here's a video of a new look that you'll have to pause every 2 seconds and rewind a million times to be able to duplicate it." In this video, Jaclyn actually explained some of the stuff she does and why she does it. It may seem like the most basic stuff but it's so important. I want to actually learn the techniques so I can experiment with crazy looks and colors on my own. So this was great! *thumbs up a million times*

See what I love about you that people seem to not understand is that you have a passion for makeup. You explain depth of each shadow and how it looks when blended and how it looks with different skin toned. You're like a doctor of makeup!

You barely upload anymore, and if that isn't what you want to do anymore that is your own decision but it's very upsetting to see that you do not post anymore.
