mswoessner the torque spec for the chain case cover is going to be between 5 and 10 ft-lbs depending on make year and model. Most of the 1200's call for 89 in-lbs or 7.4 ft-lbs. Careful not to crank em to hard and ensure to torque them in a criss cross pattern.
Big help! I have a small leak, and this is giving me the confidence to take the chain case apart.
Great videos, I have a problem with my reverse crunching sound and not engaging. Could it be the gears? What do I need to check for?
thank you so much!!!!!very helpful
is it important to torque the bolts on the chain case Cover to spec? if so, do you what that spec is?
