Nice job. The chat guy with his new mexico BB had no clue how to kill a GZ. Now he knows what NOT to do: driving into the seconday range of the GZ. And then he shout his incompetence in the chat.

@@tk4217777 I have 184 random games played (and maybe 2000 co-op). But the number of games played is no excuse for spamming bs in the chat.
papaschlumpf 400 battles means he doesnt know mich about this game if he didn’t see any YT. Although some people have 10k battles and still doing the same mistake and complaining every time.
I Guess he thought he could one-shot the GZ... While its 21mm all over, the citadel is very well armored.
@@andreaspedersen3952 but enough for Slava to one shot you from 22km. Once it was against me (on tests) and I was the first to die (on GZ) in the 2nd min of the game spotted by enemy CV planes...

soooo, im a big fan of cv's but this game seems to show the graf as being simply unstoppable; no matter how much aa was on him, he still flew through it all finished off a bb, and the fact he managed to kill a bb literally using just his secondaries makes me think no other carrier can really pull off such shenanigans in tier 8, and he didnt even use his bombers.
Unstoppable? On tier 6-8 game yes, on tier 8-10 no.
GZ in top tier can even go to the cap and carry the game if the enemy are potato enough lol
it's top tier CV, it's normal for any CV top tier to stomp. also DBs aren't used much because they're an unreliable source of damage and TBs do the job more reliably.
Exactly top tier CV have and always will be incredibly strong. Its just the nature of the tier system

Still, a good CV player calculates where and how to drop as to avoid AA bubbles, which are the easiest way to deplane a CV.

I faced a Secondary Spec GZ in 1v1 ranked with Bismarck. I thought he was gonna rip me a new one with those secondaries, but he couldnt penetrate my deck or upper belt, while my guns tore through him like a hot knife through butter.
But yeah, IFHE Secondary Spec GZ is the thing you don't wanna face, like, evee

disgustingly awersome. one should send this to Jingles to. as he just had a video the other day with the graf and its guns. lightweight cruiser he called it:-) allthough i had thught we would see more to his guns then we did. this replay was better then the one jingles showed. however not all those 10 kills is "his" allthough i dont like the concept of killsteal some of these were. but in love and war everything counts. and they were losing so he had to do it. well played, and did i have the $$$ i would want the cv and if i had the coal i would want the captain

GZ isn’t strong. Your maximum damage with a single AP bomb strike is 14k.
Enterprise base alpha for her AP bombers in a single drop is 35k
Lexington could easily do 14k + fire in a bomb drop
Shokaku could also do similar damage compared to Enterprise
Your rockets are also laughable. You’ll do at most 2-4K damage per drop while the other 3 carriers could do at least 5-10k
Your torps are great.
And if that’s not poor enough, your plane reserve are more comparable to T6 carriers compared to other T8.
Seeing these videos i am often not sure, if CVs are now really weaker than they were before the rework.
Well he was on T6 MM not on T10. Against T10 you struggle to do more than 120k. Maybe if some detonations or 2 perma floods might help a bit.
@@SebaX92 that's very true, I can achieve large amount of damage with 6/7/8 in match, t 10 is the Zepplin can be done but it's very tough
@johannes before rework he would just dev struck everyone including the CV because RTS CV and RTS GZ was so stupidity overpowered they single handly decided the game before it started. Everyone says AA is bad now but they forget that RTS CV were so strong that AA had to go thru all Terrain just to damage the planes for they nuke you

BTW! You have AP bombers too.
GZ's AP bombers are literally only useful for scouting, they are some of the fastest planes in the game and that's where their usefulness ends. The cases where you get citadels with them or even hits are so far in between that they aren't worth using for anything else except suicide scouting at the match beginning. You're better off using the time it takes you to fly towards your target to do so with a different squadron.
EDIT: And then he consistently citadels a Sinop. Nevermind me.
someone should tell him that the ap bombs are great as well
on Japanese CVs yes but on GZ they have stupid angle, many times it will ricochet of the hull

First of all the wallet warriors keeps the game alive by spending euros/gold. And it is high time for all whiners to learn to at least try to take evasive manuevers when CV planes spotted coming their way. Just sailing on in a straight line is not an evasive manuever.
all these idiots blaming the cv for being broken, you have to be a good player to achive so many kills and dmg and a bit of luck that the enemy team keeps distance for no combined AA
there are many matches of other non cv ships with 10 kills and over 200-400k dmg and you wont hear that anyone is blaming them... exept smolensk maby
and the sinop argument that guy did is a joke sinops aa is shit and its T7 vs T8

hate that version, no counter, impossible to defend yourself
thats why your captain has skillpoints and your ship has upgrades and modules dont blame the cvs but your gameplay and maybe the matchmaker...
if you stay together with your team the cv will have a hard time because of the combined AA and you can always ask your cv teammate to give aa suport
there is enough counter against cvs.
