do we have to apply for dormitory after arriving there? if yes then how? Can’t we apply for it before going?

And is there surety that your application gets accepted and you get the dorm or it can be rejected?
Sister i have a query My letter of motivation is written by using ai tool but i changed it a little bit if i am nominated by hec then can my application is rejected
