*Boukoku no Nemesis/Nemesis of the Ruined Kingdom*
The princes of two enemy kingdoms met each other when they were children and became friends (without knowing about each other's statuses) They made some kind of promise to each other but got seperated. Eventually they both grew up, forgot the promise and became the kings of their kingdom. But while fighting each other on the battlefield, they remember their past and childhood memories. They start questioning themselves why they must fight and become enemies, until they are able to fullfill the promise. (The original one has Len and Rin , not as siblings, so you can guess what the promise is... )

Dont know if this is what it means but i think that its about deku and todoroki being from different kingdom's and they were best friends but then there family's found out and took them away then a war happends un which many die and then we see then in a battle field surrounded by sword as they got older the became the kings of there kingdom's and were sad due to them being enemies but that what i understood so i dont know what happened.
