Yes, it is true. With the retail price of about 35 US Dollars though for NH35 movement, I think the balance of movement / 'the rest' gets a bit out imho. Having said that, there are swiss quartz watches (too many brands to mention) with stock rondas in them (ronda 6003 retails for about $40 battery included 😂) well above $2000 🙄 Never underestimate the power of the brand 😊 Thank you for watching!
I have done a lot of research into the Tag Heuer Autavia. I found online (caliber corner) that the mechanism is either Base Calibre: ETA 2892-A2 or the Clone Sellita300-1. Both are Automatic movements that use either one and are very good Swiss movements. Its price on their website is Australian $6,500.00. Tag wants it serviced in 3 to 4 years. I saw a recommended service cost at a cost of $460 for the service plus any parts needed. There are differences between the Autavia to my new Pagani PD 1649 watch that cost around $120.00 delivered. Im wearing it so I'll find out how it wears. I believe it will wear well and it's only losing a very acceptable 7 second's each day when I'm wearing it. That's good for an Automatic. The mechanisms is a japan movement, Seiko NH35. This also is a very good movement. The band needed emery paper to stop slightly grazing my wrist skin. Also I let it fall up or down on my arm instead of pushing it up or down on my arm otherwise it grazes my arm.
The clasp on mine is quite snappy, no issues. Pagani QC isn't the best though, but then the price I guess balances it out. I found that most of the time the clasp can be adjusted / fixed to work ok. Good luck. Thanks for watching.
Hi Nico, the polished surfaces on the bracelet are a bit of a scratch magnet, however the clasp is brushed and it helps a lot to mask any scuffs and scratches and is still looking good. Good luck and thank you for watching!
@agentYellowHalo, Thank you for sharing! It is a bit strange. PD might have changed / upgraded the bezel mechanism for better bezel action - the one in my watch is by far not the best - and the only "better action" mechanism might have been uni-directional 🤔 We might never know... 😊 Thank you for watching 🙂👍
@Louis Lim, Ticking way no problem at all. The crown is well done and of course thanks to the Seiko NH35 movement, and let's not forget a shameless clonage of Tag Hueur bracelet and clasp - which is actually quite robust. Hope this helps and good luck! 🙂👍
Have seen both. This is not a copy, imo. Liked this review. Liked Jody's too. Jody's blue was on a strap. This looks much better imo. Also liked the showing of the dome in this vid, was done better than Jody's. Both good, both different enough to be interesting.
Agree. They did the same thing to Submariner homage - made it 43mm when the Rolex is 40mm. It should look smaller on a leather strap though. I have a plan to make a 'strap' video at some point.
Yes, well spotted. Unfortunately, it is. I wrote to the seller, and they offered either for me to send the watch back for a refund or to send me a new bezel. I chose a new bezel and now I got it :-) need to install it though. It doesn't look as simple as some youtube videos suggest 😊 Thank you for watching.
Hi from Turkey. Your reviews are well prepared and presented. Length of the reviews are also perfect. Keep up the good job friend.
Hi @Emre 81, thanks for the kind words, really appreciated! 🙂👍
I ordered one, will get it these days, I'm very excited!
How is it now? I am thinking of buying it
Interesting piece. Keep up the good work. Regards.
Many thanks!
The NH35 is found in watches well past $500 too!

At 42 this would be nice. 44 is too big

Thank you for sharing! Very informative! 🙂👍
This may be my next Pagani, hoping the minor points you have mentioned would have been rectified by now. Great video as Always - Subscribed :)
Awesome watch, thanks for the review. I have it from some time and I love it. Very solid watch, works great.
Hello! Can you find out how the glass and the mechanism behave after months? Is the glass scratched, and how slow or fast is the watch?
How does the lume compare to that of the phylida autavia?
Love your reviews. Excellent Sir!
Getting after your great review, thankyou for your video .
How did you find the clasp on the bracelet? I have one in for review now and I'm finding it quite stiff, needs a lot of pressure to actually close it.
The clasp on mine is quite snappy, no issues. Pagani QC isn't the best though, but then the price I guess balances it out. I found that most of the time the clasp can be adjusted / fixed to work ok. Good luck. Thanks for watching.
After some weeks, what would you say about the scratches? Thank you.

I would love a dive watch with roman numerals on the dial, and I like Pagani. My 8 inch wrist wears 42mm the best tho, this thing is gargantuan.
Also considering the rest of the watch, wish they would have used sapphire for the crystal. My search continues...
Bezel is supposedly ceramic.
I want to know if Pagani watches are of good quality and is Pagani an international brand?
Weird my copy has a uni-directional bezel...

Does the watch hold up well after few months later?

I'm not sure if it was intentional but this is basically a carbon copy review to the Jody's review at Just One More Watch...
Have seen both. This is not a copy, imo. Liked this review. Liked Jody's too.

Both good, both different enough to be interesting.
I've got the same, and green-rosegold one. May I ask where are you from? I feel your accent is so familiar.
probably french, lots of ppl sound like that in canada
the male end links ruin the watch for small to avg size wrists
Imagine how cool it would be if Pagani released a PP Nautilus homage??
I think it would be nice, as long as they don't make it 2 or 3 mm larger, like they did with this Autavia homage 😊 Thanks for watching!
they have one,but with skeleton dial.
15.1 mmm thick.omg!😮
Wish the watch have 40mm diameter.

Brilliant 😊 Thank you for watching!
Wow this bezel is really bad alligned.
