5’11 and Size 11 here and can’t wear points either 😂 I have some flats that have an elongated square toe so they look a little more elegant than rounded toe but without the flipper look
My daughter danced ballet from 3 years old until she graduated college. One thing I learned from ballet is never break the line, especially at the ankle. It draws your eye. Thank you for these wonderful videos.
Thanks, Frédérique; I love your videos! I beg to differ. Ballet flats are rounded. Pointed toes are flats but not “ballet flats”. For those of us with wide feet, we’d have to go up many sizes (if it would even work!) in a pointy shoe.
Just love that you don't wear socks With thr ballet flats whichever would not Be good. Ballet Flats go on bare feet You can show your feet any time You want to slip off your shoes
I actually prefer the round or almond round with rolled up jeans or jeans in general, Pointed looks better with a capri style pants or slacks type pants in my opinion =:3
Always cool videos Frederique, Merci ...I was wondering if you would cover which length skirt and pants styles look good or frumpy with ballet flats..? But you squeezed a fair bit into a minute so I can't complain Big love as always xxx
In this case with the pin rolled up jeans for a relaxed occasion. You can substitute this with a moccasin, a tod moccasin or Gucci moccasin instead for a relaxed.
Unpopular opinion but I think pointed toe shoes only make your feet look longer, not your leg. I’d rather appear short than look down & see clown feet. 🙈🙉🙊
I totally agree with you about pointed toe shoes not making the legs look longer. I think they look downright painful. Rounded toe shoes are much more comfortable and flattering.
Ballet with a pronounced “t”? Have never said it like this in either English or French. It is a French word and she is French? I’m confused, should I be pronouncing the “t” in French? There is definitely no “et” sound in English.
I’m 4’11” and ruined my feet over the decades wearing heels to look taller. Now I wear flats in order to avoid pain, foot surgery, and to continue doing the things I love (hiking, skiing, etc.). I’m short; adding 3” heels won’t change that, so I just own it!
@@altitudeiseverything3163My goodness, you've made me feel better! I'm the same height as Frederique, 5 foot 2 inches, and I feel so short. I suppose some people would be happy to be the same height as me.
I love the last outfit. Just effortless and smart with denum and beautiful accesories. Very inspiring😊🎉
I’m 5’ 10” (size 10 feet)- golly, pointy ballet flats make my shoes look like I’m wearing water skis 🤣

Thank you for this video! I live in ballet flats in warmer weather and this is a huge help.

I have a few pairs of Vivaia shoes and really happy with them 🙂
Do you have an inexpensive pointy toe silver flat that you recommend? I just started following you ~ love your recommendations!
Yes in my Amazon shop: amazon.com/shop/frederiquebros

The pin rolled up jeans matches either with the flat ballerina or the moccasins.

Or just be your own style and be a unique individual instead of inflating someones sense of need to exist.
Vivaia shoes look really good. However, your feet will sweat in the summer. I mean, really, really sweat. Unfortunately.

I feel embarrassed to say that.

Your French accent seems to be stronger than it was previously.
Nothing about health and comfort
I add insoles with arch and metatarsal support to my flats to make them comfortable. And no pointy toes for me!
Vous avez deux tatouages au pieds ?? Des prenoms ?? Biz
