Chocolate cake for tea! A simple recipe that melts in your mouth!
Hello friends!
Welcome to our channel! Today we're going to show you how to make a delicious chocolate cake that will melt in your mouth. This recipe is perfect for tea or coffee. Join us and create this incredibly delicious dessert together!!!!
Recipe and ingredients:
40 g cocoa powder.
100 g boiling water.
Stir until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
100 g milk.
120 g butter (at room temperature).
Beat until the mixture lightens in color, about 3 minutes.
170 g sugar.
Beat until smooth.
2 eggs (at room temperature).
Add one at a time, beating for 30-60 seconds at a time.
Add the cocoa.
Stir until smooth.
220 g all-purpose flour.
5 g baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
Mix everything into a smooth batter.
Prepare a baking tray with a diameter of 20 cm.
Line the base and sides with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-55 minutes.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
Cut off the top layer.
Crush into crumbs.
100 g dark chocolate (54%).
Melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Stir until smooth.
250 g sour cream (30%) or natural yogurt.
20 g cocoa powder.
40 g powdered sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Add 1/2 part of the chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
Add the rest of the chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
Spread with cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
